Rude personnel. I was standing in line while a gentleman was being helped. When he was done, the worker walked off as I was putting my stuff on the counter and went to another counter and said he can help the next person. Which this little A hole skips me and two other people and goes to that counter. Good customer service would have ," Ma'am I can help you down here," or "excuse A-hole, please return to your place in line." I happily left the store and went to the UPS in the next shopping center with no issue. read more

I dont go to Fed Ex often, and I'd rather honestly use the UPS company; however I had to return an item for the second time by way of Fed Ex using this location and the experience was good. The waiting lines were obvious and there was no confusion as to which station you would walk up to next. The staff at the desk were well mannered, pleasant and thoroughly assisted us with our transaction. Everyone in the business were respecting were 6 ft rule/ guideline that had been set in place for the pandemic- customers included. I really like going here so its a thumbs up for me. We put a complain in and guess who calls Michelle the manager she tells me that Marie for the most part was correct hah, when I asked her name she replied and quickly replied that she was not going to argue with me, last I checked she called me so I hung up on her, I guess asking her name made her uncomfortable why ? read more

This is the third time I have been to this location and I have to say it has the worst customer service I have ever seen in any similar type of store. You have to wait a very long time to be served and there are people wandering around snacking, chatting, stocking shelves and basically doing anything and everything other than helping customers - even though the line is all the way to the door. It is really unbelievable that this type of service exists in a store that is supposed to represent'expediting'. Really love Fedex. Great music, clean, friendly, everything you would expect from a typical Kinkos. Considerably busy during peak hours visit. One thing that I was extremely annoying was wifi speed. To load a web page on my computer, it took over a minute... Use wifi at home. Avoid wifi here at all costs. read more

This drop off location gets crazy during the week. One of the Managers always parks his Range Rover in prime parking spots. Personally if I had a RR the last place I would park it is where there are going to be a lot of people opening their car doors and potentially dinging it. But as a Manager of a business I am going to park far away to leave the prime parking spots open for my customers. read more

I am VERY disappointed in the service I have received from FedEx Kinko's location (11381 Causeway Blvd BRANDON, FL 33511). We ordered an outdoor banner needed for Sunday August 18th...we scheduled for pick up at 6:30 a.m., upon arrival we were informed the banner would not be ready until Monday because the their machine was broken, but we could pick it up from another location on the other side of town. This is unacceptable, we never received an email, phone call, or notice letting us know this was the case. If we needed the banner on Sunday, why would you think Monday would be ok? I understand things happen and machine break, but the communication was not there, and if someone would have informed us, we could have used the information to make a decision to have printed somewhere else (which now we have no time to do). I was told there could not be a discount for this inconvenience because it was prepaid...but they could give me a discount on our next order. That's really helpful, as you have screwed up this order so what makes you think I want to use your services again. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER! read more

I was there to make a copy a copy and fax it. Did both. Needed help and nobody was around to assist me but I figured it out... I guess. Decided to try to format an SD card while I was threw also but didn't really get that done. Prices are high for their services to me. I recently moved so my printer and fax is still packed but I don't plan to frequent Kinkos primarily based on the prices. Other than that everything is good. read more

Avoid if possible. Short 2 person lines become 15+ minute lines. Wrong labels placed on packages one trip. Given wrong shipping info in regards to insurance. For the price, it's just not worth it. read more

I have been here several times and have had to wait for service each time. The last time was the worst. I go to FedEx because in previous places where I lived the lines are shorter than at the post offices, and also the hours are much more flexible. The last time I was there I waited in line over half an hour. I had to mail something overnight for work and the post office was closed. The staff was not apologetic. At one point one of the computers stopped working and the man working there did nothing to try to fix it. I then stood at the counter for over ten minutes and suggested to him he call someone, try turning it off and then on, etc. After the poor customer service I asked to speak to who was in charge and I asked for a discount. The woman did say sorry but said she couldn't give me a discount. I won't be back. read more

I am a full time student and work full time, so imaginably I don't have much time to waste. I came to the Brandon location to have study sheets shrunk and resized to fit multiple pages front and back on one sheet... which would have taken me forever to do myself. Thank goodness for SUSAN S!! She listened to what my needs were (which is hard to come by), she was helpful to ensure that she was doing as I requested, showed me what I would be getting before printing, and then once it was printed made sure that was what I was looking for.
