We ordered Kraftmaid cabinets as a replacement for items destroyed in Hurricane Ian at our Florida Condo. I received notice in early October that the cabinets would be delivered by RXO on October 24th. I called RXO to tell them that our elevator was not available (due to Ian) and that delivery would have to be via stairs to the second floor. I was assured that Logistics would contact me in advance and send an appropriate team to deliver to the 2nd floor. I called RXO ON October 23rd to repeat that delivery would have to be without an elevator and to the second floor. I spoke with the Logistics department who said "no problem". We waited during our assigned 2-6Pm delivery window. The truck showed around 5:30PM. The two man team brought about one-third of the boxes to the second floor....then I was told that their office wanted to speak with me. I was told that our delivery was labelled as a "threshold' delivery and that, due to the lack of an elevator, the cabinets would be left on the ground floor of the building. My husband and I are seniors and had no way to bring the cabinets to the second floor plus there was no secure area for storage of the cabinets. We refused delivery and the two delivery men put the cabinets back in the truck and left. The RKO office person told me that a person from a local RKO hub would contact me. SO disappointed in the customer service and lack of communication at RKO. Completely unreliable. We don't live in Florida and travelled from Virginia specifically to be present for the cabinet delivery. RKO's poor customer service has delayed the renovation of our property which was destroyed by Ian two years ago. I'm contacting Kraftmaid Cabinetry, too, about the poor customer service provided by RKO. 10/25/2025 Update from KD.......contacted by two RXO representatives this morning including Melinda from the Tampa location. Melinda worked to coordinate the re-delivery of our kitchen cabinets today by a wonderful crew headed by Freddie from RXO. I appreciate her professionalism and assistance to turn a bad situation into a customer service win! I'm happy to change my one-star to a five-star review! Thank you read more

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the delivery service provided by RXO. The entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the numerous issues I encountered. Firstly, the delivery personnel refused to bring a cabinet back panel to my unit on the 7th floor, claiming it wouldn't fit in the elevator. However, they effortlessly carried it up to the second floor via the stairs and then abruptly refused to go any further, citing a contract limitation only up to the 3rd floor. This inconsistency in their actions is not only infuriating but also indicative of a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, during their inexplicable 20-minute disappearance, they left all the boxes in front of the elevators and stairway, causing a significant obstruction. This not only inconvenienced residents but also created a safety hazard. Upon their return, one of the delivery personnel shockingly used a box labeled "fragile" to wedge open the elevator door, causing repeated damage to the box and potentially compromising the integrity of its contents. This irresponsible and careless behavior is unacceptable and showcases a blatant disregard for both customer property and basic ethical standards. To add insult to injury, they took the back panel back to the warehouse and discarded it. This negligence has set my project back by three months, as the cabinet maker now has to re-manufacture the part. The sheer incompetence, laziness, and rudeness displayed by the delivery personnel are beyond comprehension and have had severe consequences for my project. In conclusion, my experience with RXO has been nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider using their services, as the lack of professionalism, carelessness, and disregard for customer property have left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. read more

I originally gave a great review on XPO in regards to a samsung washer/dryer they delivered and installed in my home. The dryer made a clanking noise that was/is very loud and disturbing. I called Samsung who had a repair company come out. When the dryer was pulled out we found out the dryer was damaged, and it was making the heating element to rattle. Since this time Samsung will not cover any repairs due to damage, and not warranty. I've been going back, and forth with Sam's club for weeks to no avail to get resolve. I'm now reaching out to XPO to get involved. Why the drivers/installers did not bring this damage to my attention. They pushed the dryer up against the wall, and the washer right up against it. The repairman from George's appliance repairs said this was done so that I wouldn't notice the damage. I would like to take my perfect review back, and let others know to be aware, and to inspect anything delivered by this company. I'm still trying to get Sam's club to correct this problem, and I am hoping XPO will step up, and assist in getting this problem rectified. read more

Our experience of having our couches delivered with white glove service was great! We were able to schedule the delivery online with no complications. We were sent an email with the date and time frame for delivery which was 7 - 11 am. When the time came for the actual delivery day, I missed the telephone calls but I called back, they picked up right away and mentioned their ETA which was about 30 min. 2 guys (Leo and Francisco) arrived by 8:15 am! Way before 11 am - Impressive already! They rolled our couch boxes in, unpacked them from the boxes, set them up for use right away, and took all the trash associated with the delivery on their way out. They were courteous throughout the whole delivery and respected the fact that my husband was currently on a phone meeting. Thank you for your professionalism!! One thing to note: Their dollies tracked in some wet dirt but this I put the fault on myself since I didn't get a chance to lay out anything on our tile in time for their delivery. read more

Received a call the day before to confirm delivery the next day. Option was given for text messages instead and I used that. The system is easy to use. The next day I recieved a call in the morning. The driver was courteous and professional on the phone. There was a change in the timing and they were a couple of hours early which worked out great for me. When he got here, the driver asked where we wanted the cargo. I requested he drop the cargo on my lawn by side fence and he informed me that his lift would damage the grass because it is wet and the lift is heavy. I really appreciate him thinking about my property, and using his knowledge to protect it. He made recommendations as to a better location, I followed his advice and he promptly dropped the pallets and left. Great experience. read more

Way to go XPO! The two men who delivered our furniture today were excellent! Their names were Junior and Pedro. They called this morning to let us know they were about 50 minutes away. They were running about 10 minutes late and called again to inform us. Who does that?!?! Junior and Pedro did!! Very considerate! Plus they were so very pleasant, knowledgeable and so careful with our furniture. Then they went above and beyond to help us with this very heavy piece of furniture. They unboxed it, and even put the feet on it for us. They didn't have to do that, but they took time out of their very busy day to help us out! Please be sure to give Junior and Pedro your praise and a big thank you from us! We will remember them and XPO. read more

Great Experience, Sept. 27, 2019 We've received many deliveries for major appliances throughout my life, this was by far the best, great communications with the company before the delivery (Phone call, Time window and Email). Additionally, the two techs (a man and a woman) were the best. All the parts were shipped with the washer and dryer i.e. dryer vent, hoses, assorted connectors . The techs were very careful when moving my old equipment, and in placing the new machines. The dryer door even had to be changed to open differently for our application, and they took care of that. I generally am cautious to recommend anyone, but in this case, I would highly recommend XPO Logistics. Great Job! M. and L. Keith Bradenton, Florida read more

WORST company ever. Please don't buy directly from LG. They use XPO, and neither company follows through on their obligation. I brought from LG on 4/4/22 and paid $114.99 "white glove installation service", and to this date, XPO hasn't installed the combined washer dryer unit. After numerous phone calls and emails, I finally got XPO to commit to an afternoon delivery time.  However, they rescheduled last minute several times. One time was on Friday 5:57 pm before a Saturday afternoon delivery. Another time occurred at 9:02 am on the same day as the afternoon delivery. I called their customer service center and waited 32 minutes to speak to a supervisor, but their supervisor wouldn't even talk to a customer. read more

they said they were going to call but they never called, i only got generic texts from lowe's regarding delivery!....Matthew and EJ outright refused to remove my old appliances and literally just showed up without any notice! i had to literally drag my oven and fridge out to the curb myself! mind you i am a 5'5" woman! Matthew took a photo/video of me on my property without my consent! i am considering filing a police report and/or legal action! my lowe's review part 1 and 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v761pKTnkKU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8T7gX75vFcg read more

Delivery team was outstanding. Called 45 minutes before arrival and arrived at the beginning of my 4 hour delivery window. Don't think I have ever had that happen. The boxes my Casper adjustable bed came in were very dusty, so they unboxed in the garage and carried all the parts in by hand. They were even able to raise the frame so it fit within my existing side rails, saving me the time money and frustration of buying a new headboard. Demonstrated the adjustable base and everything works perfectly. Couldn't ask for more! read more

XPO Logistcs delivered and installed the electronic adjustable Casper Pro bed base for our new Casper mattress. Their communication was excellent. The moment they received the item, they notified me immediately of the next day's scheduled delivery/installation. They called me that morning with their estimated time of arrival at my residence. They did a wonderful job of assembly and then checked to make sure everything worked well. They cleaned up and removed all packaging when done. Could not have asked for better service!! read more

I was impressed by how swiftly and efficiently they delivered my new washer and dryer and hauled my old ones away. They were very careful to not scuff my floors and were very nice. The only thing I could say that is a negative, is that one of the two delivery people did not wear a mask when in the house with me. To be fair though, I forgot to put mine on as well. Either way I think he should have worn one when in the house and near me. Overall I was very happy with the delivery. read more

Both delivery guys we're very pleasant, courteous, efficient and on time!!!! This was the second massage chair they had ever installed... Xpo, text me several times to let me know their progress to our destination. We were met by 2 very polite men, socially distancing and wearing masks the entire time they were here. They removed our old appliance for us and then proceeded to reverse the way the doors opened, we had asked if it was a very hard project to do and they said not to worry they would take care of it for us. I reccomend these 2 gentlemen highly and the company service. A very satisfied customer read more
