We ordered a high-end refrigerator through Lowe's and the delivery team they contracted was beyond unprofessional. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. First, the side of the fridge that is visible to the kitchen was scratched. These things happen but I just wanted this resolved. When we pointed it out, the delivery guy stated, "It's barely visible" and tried to downplay this. It is highly visible AND THIS IS A BRAND NEW $2000+ appliance! Reluctantly he called customer service, and they offered a credit. Fine for us, but this agitated the delivery workers, one in particular. Saying this will affect his contract with Lowe's. This started a cascade of events. They said they couldn't disconnect or reconnect the water line to our fridges (old/new) due to policy (weird but fine), but when we asked to connect it ourselves just to verify everything was working -- you know, like the ice maker we paid extra for -- the guy started arguing with us, saying "That's not my job to wait and verify, take it up with Lowe's," and complained about how he'd already been there for an hour. That's not our fault? Then we noticed grease marks smeared all over our walls, door, and frame -- sloppy, careless, and completely unacceptable. Worse still, they dented our door frame while forcing the fridge through the opening because they refused to remove the fridge hinges. Their response? "Those dents were already there." My husband watched them do it and tried to protect the frame with his hands! They then scratched the side of the fridge pushing it into place. Not done yet -- they dumped the old fridge (without the doors because they insisted it was policy to leave the doors off) right under the garage door, and when we politely asked them to move it just a few inches so we could close the garage, one guy started to move it, but the other literally yelled at him to stop and told him to leave it exactly where it was because "we gotta go." This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Rude. Aggressive. Careless. Completely disrespectful of our home, time, and purchase. Thankfully, Cynthia from Lowe's customer service was the one bright spot in this disaster. She was incredibly kind, apologetic, and took our concerns seriously. A claim has been opened, and we hope Lowe's makes this right -- but this delivery crew should not be allowed into anyone's home, period. RXO should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Boy! Talking about punctual! They gave me a window for my washer & dryer delivery between 7:00am & 7:00pm. Well.... I guess I was the first one bc they were at my door at 7:30am! The 2 men were very courteous & very careful with removing the olds & installing the new. Very respectful men thank you. The company sent me at least 10/15 text messages confirming the delivery, I like that bc knew I wasn't going to be wasting my day. The whole experience was awesome! read more

Our company had a really bad experience. The delivery drivers made a huge mess when they left materials for a job we were on. We had busted sand bags and broken pavers. They were very unprofessional. We spoke with Sara who was supposed to get back with us and never did. Lowe's should definitely be done with this company. read more

I purchased a new slim line microwave. The unit is beautiful but haven't used it yet. The delivery and install was amazing. A slight issue with my wall that I was quickly able to fix so they could install the unit. The installers were kind, pleasant and accommodating. I will of course recommend LG and will be returning for my dishwasher. read more

XPO diligently stayed in touch via email AND text throughout the entire shipping process. I was informed when the received the order, every move the shipment made and then when it was out for final delivery. Originally, I was told they weren't going to be delivering on Thanksgiving or the day after, which of course I understood, so when they called me to say they were going to deliver Friday after all , I was pleasantly surprised. Our delivery was to be expected between 12:30 and 4:30 on Black Friday. With a phone call a half hour ahead to ensure that someone would be home to sign. Another very pleasant surprise was getting the call at noon that they would be arriving in 25 minutes. How often does THAT happen! The two gentlemen that arrived were very professional and organized. We ordered a couch and there was no chance the box was going through the doorway so they gently unpacked the couch, keeping it in its protective coverings and brought it straight to the living room. They encouraged us to make sure everything was in order and accounted for prior to leaving, had us sign and then wished us well. Overall I was super impressed with XPO Logistics and would gladly recommend them. read more

The gentleman called when they were 30 minutes out and let us know they were coming. Very nice, removed all packaging and put together our bases. Removed our side rails , put in the bases and reput the side rails on. then added mattresses and hooked them to the pump and plugged all in. They removed all packaging and were on their way. Ordered appliances direct from Samsung to be delivered by RXO. The delivery window was yesterday, 6/3/23, from 3-7pm. We are supposed to be notified 30 minutes prior to delivery. At 7pm I called RXO because we still had not heard anything. They "sent an email" to the delivery team to ask them to contact me directly for an update. An hour later, nothing. I called back RXO, who was sending yet ANOTHER email- telling me they have no way to contact the drivers directly- and that their system still showed "out for delivery " ANOTHER HOUR LATER I still had not heard anything and called RXO for a THIRD time. They still gave me the run around that it was "out for delivery" and I should be receiving a call soon. At this point I told them it needed to be rescheduled because they weren't going to come to my house at 10pm and expect to still come in and install the washer, dryer and refrigerator. They tell me that they can't reschedule because it still shows "out for delivery" and when I received the call from the driver to tell them I wanted it rescheduled. This was at 8:51pm. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM ANYONE but at 9:12pm they updated my order to show it couldn't be delivered.... WTAF. I called today, the next day, and now I'm being told that the items are on their way back to the warehouse and once received they will contact me within 3-5 business days to reschedule delivery. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. We scheduled the delivery based on our days off and now will most likely have to take a day off from work to be there for this delivery. Not to mention I'm seeing other reviews where the drivers refused to install the washer and dryer upstairs, so I'm now concerned this could happen to me... IF I even get my delivery at all.
