    We ordered a high-end refrigerator through Lowe's and the delivery team they contracted was beyond…read moreunprofessional. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. First, the side of the fridge that is visible to the kitchen was scratched. These things happen but I just wanted this resolved. When we pointed it out, the delivery guy stated, "It's barely visible" and tried to downplay this. It is highly visible AND THIS IS A BRAND NEW $2000+ appliance! Reluctantly he called customer service, and they offered a credit. Fine for us, but this agitated the delivery workers, one in particular. Saying this will affect his contract with Lowe's. This started a cascade of events. They said they couldn't disconnect or reconnect the water line to our fridges (old/new) due to policy (weird but fine), but when we asked to connect it ourselves just to verify everything was working -- you know, like the ice maker we paid extra for -- the guy started arguing with us, saying "That's not my job to wait and verify, take it up with Lowe's," and complained about how he'd already been there for an hour. That's not our fault? Then we noticed grease marks smeared all over our walls, door, and frame -- sloppy, careless, and completely unacceptable. Worse still, they dented our door frame while forcing the fridge through the opening because they refused to remove the fridge hinges. Their response? "Those dents were already there." My husband watched them do it and tried to protect the frame with his hands! They then scratched the side of the fridge pushing it into place. Not done yet -- they dumped the old fridge (without the doors because they insisted it was policy to leave the doors off) right under the garage door, and when we politely asked them to move it just a few inches so we could close the garage, one guy started to move it, but the other literally yelled at him to stop and told him to leave it exactly where it was because "we gotta go." This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Rude. Aggressive. Careless. Completely disrespectful of our home, time, and purchase. Thankfully, Cynthia from Lowe's customer service was the one bright spot in this disaster. She was incredibly kind, apologetic, and took our concerns seriously. A claim has been opened, and we hope Lowe's makes this right -- but this delivery crew should not be allowed into anyone's home, period. RXO should be ashamed of themselves.

    After submitting my inquiry for movers on Yelp (with super late notice - I needed service the very…read morenext day!!), I received quite a few estimates from other companies, and Best Price Movers BY FAR offered the best price for the 3 hours needed. Total came to $421 in case competitors are curious. And that included the fee for distance and travel time for 30 minutes and TWO stops with the truck!!! And I am happy to report that they did a fabulous job today. The two guys who came to move my things arrived within the quoted timeframe window and worked so hard. They were also very personable which was a plus since people can be weird; these guys were NOT! They had some issues backing the truck into my narrow parking area but then again so would I, given that truck's size! The only disappointment was that they couldn't remove the TV mount from the wall which would probably have required a socket wrench, but they did get the TV off of the mount. I understood the liability so I'm going to have a friend help me with that later this week. Even my parents were surprised by the deal I got. So yes, I would recommend Best Price Movers and their yellow truck to anyone I know who wants to shop smart and save their backs.

They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. I'm happy I'm in a home I purchased so I never have to experience these movers again.

Friendly call, he texted me address and hours 9-7. Arrived today, 10/5/22 with trailer to pick up. The three gentleman on duty were friendly and FAST. No games played, the pallet was in excellent shape with no damage. He loaded on trailer with a forklift, centering it for a balance load. GREAT COMPANY

    This is by far the worst shipping company to try and work with. Are their rates cheaper than other…read morewell known companies like R&L, AAA Cooper, Averitt, Saia? Yes and all those companies will tell you so. But you get what you pay for. If you ever have a complication with a shipment, be prepared to pay double the amount to get it resolved along with fees that they don't tell you until you receive the bill. Because that's their policy. Mike Beland was our rep and he is completely utterly useless to help resolve any issues. He does not care. He will take days to respond back to you. We even received his bosses email to contact him as well and I never even got a phone call or response email from him at all. So not only do their sales reps not care, but their bosses seem to not care either! One order we had was in Central's possession for 10 days and Mike told us that we would not get the order back, or get it delivered and would be charged more money and there was nothing he could or would do about it. Needless to say, we will never ship with them again and I urge all other companies who would consider using them to use any other logistics company to avoid this type of scenario. They don't deserve to be a logistics company with their lack of customer service, miniscule understanding of logistics and horrible responses. They lost a client for life over 1 pallet that had 7 boxes one it. That's it. Imagine what they'll do if you have a problem with 7 pallets? Stay away from them.
