My 86 year old mother wanted her first new phone in 12 years. The Verizon worker was very patient and most went good. The last item: you get a free iPad with the purchase of a new iPhone, but you have to go to a different city to pick it up. Mom said: "No additional charges. V: "None, free". We go to the next city 's Verizon. 1st, they never heard of this promotion; even though Verizon was sending links to confirm arrival. Then: $90 charge! I went to Verizon to address my phone service not working. It was my SIM card. Adrian (I hope that's how you spell it) was my Verizon representative and he was a 1 man army. He provided excellent customer service, fixed my issue, assisted his new hire with training and assisted other customers all without losing focus. He deserves recognition. I actually like the sales people here when I went to upgrade my phone to the IPhone 14. Upon completion of the process I was waiting for my phone to transfer data to the new phone. The salesman sent me home & said I could go and allow it to finish. He said I needed to have it back within 30 days to avoid being charged $800! However, he never mentioned that they would need to get into the phone & furthermore that they couldn't do it without me unlocking it via access passcode from the locked screen. ..Well, after a month with a new phone & new passcode, I've completely forgotten the old one & now they are charging me $800!! If I could give 0 starts I would. Complete disaster from the start. Brandon Town Center Verizon Store. Went in for a new phone after mine was lost. I was on vacay in FL. Got a phone. Angel put a screen saver on it and told me to go pick a case. Said it was free. Was also told that a IPAD and IWATCH were also part of a mothers day special and were free. THERES NO SUCH THING as FREE! I returned the NOT-FREE ipad and watch as soon as I realized they were not free. Was told when I got phone that the $350 due was for taxes Looked at the receipt a few days later...no, again. That case and the screen protector??? Over $120!!! I was also charged for set up for the IPAD and IWATCH 19.99 EACH and they were never taken out of box! SCAM!! Manager ALEX was supposed to call me back to discuss....big surprise, NO CALL!!! Was told by verizon corporate to always go to a corporate store and not the VICTA ones. This was just the worst experience and I will be going to Spectrum as soon as I pay the phone off in a few months. read more

Sam was excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Spent several hours with us making sure all our data and service was correct. Switched carriers and had an issue getting our account from Sprint because we could not remember our password. Sam helped us through all the issues. read more

Stay away from this place and Sami salhab. We went in for bogo I phone xr's. Everything went fine but charged us $35 a phone for transfers and only about 10% transferred. Sami said "it takes awhile". Well it's been a month and my stuff never transferred. Also got first bill, no bogo! Got charged $1500 for 2 phones. Called Verizon they stated he never submitted the paperwork for bogo.
