I give frontier two stars because they don't have one and a half. They have a very poor reliable-stable but a very good go around in circles call center, they try their best but they have no power to make it better Most of line repairman are inept it's not like the old days. I am supposed to have 1,000 megabits per second but I run normally 90 megabits per second on the wireless wi-fi in about 390 on the ethernet really poor performance and then the drops are very frustrating. I live in Lithia which is out in the country but no excuse. I would like to talk to somebody like a CEO of communications or a director but I believe they live in Ivory Tower can't be talked to by a normal person.

They did network and data cabling drops (cat5,cat6) and also repaired a bad fiber connection for us…read moreover 6 months ago. The prices were competitive and all the workers were on time and very polite. The quality has been very good and they called again a week after install to make sure our fiber was working and see if we had any issues or problems.I highly recommend them. Yelp needs to add more categories because there is a lack of categories for network/data cabling, fiber optic, voip (voice over ip), paging/intercom systems,security camera installation- all of which this company does.

First of all we had purchased our new phone from a different location and had to go to the Brandon store to pick it up. The store was clean, well stocked and had comfortable seating. Kai greeted us when we entered the store. He was with another customer at the time but after a couple of minutes, came over to help us. He was very informative, patient and professional. Kai made sure we understood the new changes we would experience with the phone, informed us about accessories we were interested in and made sure the new phone was set up properly. Because we had purchased the phone elsewhere, he knew he would not be able to receive commission on the sale. However, he treated us exceptionally well. My mom and i visited this location to upgrade my phone. I was hesitant because I had a voicemail…read morefrom my dad who recently passed that I did not want to lose. Sam, the rep who assisted us, was kind enough to take my phone in the back (I wasn't able to hear my dad's voice yet) and make a copy of the voicemail on his phone so he could send it back to me in an email attachment that could be saved permanently with no risk of losing it. His kindness during this difficult time was greatly appreciated. He even helped us set up the new phone on my car's Bluetooth. Great customer service.
