The service is absolutely terrible. What we were told would be an easy process ended up being a five hour process and then we had to come in two days later only to wait over an hour again because no one else would help us. While trying to switch our lines, we were told no one in the store could help us and we should call instead. When we were finally helped in the store, we had to wait while four other men sat and did nothing and played on their phones. Do not ever come to this location. The only redeeming quality of this place is Devon who was the only person actually working, hence the long wait. He really was trying his best to help. read more

This is not a corporate store. Taylor appears to attempt to make commission on everything he can. He put the screen protector on before asking us if we wanted them, charged us both for insurance before asking us, and charged us a $70 set-up fee for 2 phones when my mom and I set them up ourselves because the store was super busy (also didn't notify us of this fee). How is that fair? Update: My mom reached out to Taylor after a month because we had not gotten our $150 rebate that was promised. After some texts, Taylor responded to my 62 year old mother "Fuck you." That is disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. James R is my new Hero! I was trying to have my mothers phone number transferred to my Galaxy s7 Edge (she is on my plan). I went to a different store that is closer to my home. I waited for 20 minutes in that store for assistance and all the guy could tell me was "you need to call customer service, I can't help you." :( So I called customer service. They were trying so hard to help but alas not to be.. :( The customer service tech did suggest I go to the Citrus Park Authorized Dealer, she as positive they could help. Well... 12/16/2020- I will be leaving the 1 star for that guy Cliff (found out his name) because it's just well deserve on how disrespectful he was. What he's boasting about 4.5 stars, well it looks like his 5 stars reviews on G**gle are from the same household since majority of them have the same last name and only reviewed this business and they're only a month old. I will give their Regional Manager Stephanie 5 stars and beyond and their headquarters for taking care of the situation. Stephanie called me and personally apologized for the horrible experience and assured me that they don't tolerate disrespectfulness and take their good service seriously. She demonstrated that by fixing Jay's mistake right away and corporate from Nashville CS was also pleasant to talk to when he called me this afternoon that they will be fixing Jay's mistake by reimbursing us with the headache that was created. It's all about principle, when you say you'll be doing something, do it and don't put things in our account we never asked for the sake of quota. We kind of knew that it was a bit wobbly on Jay's part when we left because he kept asking his manager (we believe it was Ryan) multiple times how to process the paperwork when he was helping us. ------------------ If I could give this place negative 100 million or more, this place deserves it. We have an issue with false promises regarding the price of the iPhone we purchase from this place and it was suppose to be price match. Note, this is not Verizon but only an authorized retailer so they will charge you more. Nothing in the front is disclosed and if we knew that, then we would have walked away. Anyways, we had an issue because there was a problem with Jay not following up with the price match he said would be notated on our bill and insurance was added on my phone when we didn't ask for it. So we came in today at 12/15/2020 at 3:00pmish and we wanted to speak with the manager but he wasn't in. So this guy, we didn't get his name, but he's Caucasian and was sitting behind Jay. He was so rude and unprofessional. I'm 8.5 months pregnant and I wrote all the details that on the paper on what's going on and he kept over explaining himself and we told him multiple times that we get it and he started saying snarky remarks. Saying things under his breath, "it doesn't seem like you get it" and to the point where he was being so rude and said to my face and told my husband that "I rather work with you because she's..." How dare he talk to me that way and to a pregnant woman!!! So I walked out of that place, he keeps boasting this place has 4.5 star reviews and yeah Jay was all good when he was helping us until what he promises and adding things we didn't ask for reflected our bill. For this person to talk to me with "high school" back talk with a customer, does he know he works in customer service? You need to learn how to be more professional and fix the problem rather than create more tension and not say snarky remarks, "I didn't even make this mistake." You work there, you should know how to fix any kind of problem even if it was made by your coworker professionally and learn how to talk more professionally to people and when they say they understand, don't be a charlatan and make it seem like you're talking to someone that's dumb and compose yourself better. read more

He talked on the phone to my friend's very angry mother and calmed her down, telling her the cheapest option. Eventually he got through to her and now my friend has a new working iphone and her wallet didn't cry.
