This is the second time we utilized their services and both times have been very professional. This…read moremost recent experience was one of note though and of a personal kind. My son is recovering from Brain Tumors, multiple surgeries and cancer treatments and one of the things he wanted most was a new desktop computer for when he eventually returns to college. We procured all the parts individually and needed help in building it as we lacked the expertise to do so on our own. Derrin, the owner reached out to us and offered to help us as he himself is a cancer survivor, and he was able to do so in a very short period of time and at a very reasonable price. Something we were grateful for after the amount of medical bills we accumulated over the past year and a half. The build was perfect and my son is already diving into the machine and it is helping him focus on something fun and enjoyable for a change. It also helped him to not feel so isolated when he was able to meet another cancer survivor, and fill him with hope and a brighter future. These folks went above and beyond.

Combine the two so check out customers have to wait twice as long? Not even worth shopping in store if that's the case. I went to buy a $7 item and it took me 15 minutes of waiting to check out. I won't be back, unless you open up the standard checkout registers. Besides that the 30 or so employees were nice and helpful, yet none of them would man the regular checkout lines.
