One star because I couldn't give zero stars. Unfortunately they sell broken electronics to their customers. The sellers overprice their items by selling older models of their electronics to you which will make you come back to repurchase more parts from them. Their solutions to technical issues are outdated and unuseful. As a customer my experience was disgusting. The supposed owner was talking to another client about woman and saying things he would like to do with them. He didn't even have the respect for the other customers waiting for him to end his discussion about how supposedly how "good" some girls looked when he went to a customers house to fix something. It was just nasty and as a woman I felt very uncomfortable. I was not given any solutions to my problem with my computer and was very disappointed. I do not recommend coming here. read more

Amazing problem-solving speed, and the right materials were obtained. I picked up my computer the next day, and before my workday. With my computer 3 years old, the owner fixed the speed with ease, issuing a faster hard drive, and antivirus program. I am in love with the speed of repair, and a reasonable price. My alienware computer was having some heating issues so I decided to take it to CL computers for a fix. Carlos was very knowledgeable and found the problem in no time. He ordered some parts that were broken and proceeded to fix the computer. What I liked best was that Carlos showed me the components that were broken in person, and discussed what plan could we take to fix the problem before charging me any money. There are many people that may fix computers but my trust is definitely with carlos read more

I have been taking my computer there for several years. This is an honest man. He tells you exactly what is wrong with the computer etc. Service is rather quick. He explains everything he needs to do and why he needs to do it. When you go pick up your computer he installs it and every file has been downloaded to your computer if he removed any. He makes sure that you the customer is satisfied with the job performed. He built my desktop computer over 3 years ago and I have had no problems. He uses quality parts when he builds and when he repairs. I have recommended several customers to him and they keep going back. They like his honesty and the pricing. He will continue to work and build my computers. read more

His lack of attention and engagement gave me little confidence in his willingness to do thorough, quality work. Not to mentioned his standoff demeanor and rudeness.
