Carlos fixed my old Windows 7 laptop computer by REMOTE access and successfully connected it to my printer. Although I had tried unsuccessfully for two days to get the printer driver to work it just would not connect my computer to the printer. In a matter of minutes Carlos fixed the problem and he did it at no charge. My old Windows 7 computer is working perfectly now with internet, email, and printer connection. Thanks Carlos! P.S.
