My Acer secondary monitor that I had used for two years with my laptop suddenly stopped receiving input. I did everything the internet suggested and nothing worked. I took my two year old Dell Experion with its terabyte hard drive and I7 processor to US Computers at 3:00 PM on Tuesday and by 3:30 PM Wednesday it was fixed! Turns out the idiots at Dell had sold me a computer with oodles of RAM, the fastest processor and a slow hard drive. It couldn't keep up, causing upgrade problems, interminable boot up delays and just general processing problems. USC changed out my hard drive and now I have a lightning fast computer just like the fake ones on TV! Yabba Dabba Do! So now I have a computer that is REALLY works fast, an additional monitor that works like it should and for an additional $20, a terabyte external drive (my original one). I was certain it was the driver, the video card, the computer port or Bill Gates' nasty joke, Win 10. But no! A much more esoteric problem and US Computer got it right. Ultra pleased. I have been going to this computer repair shop for years and I could not be happier. Jeff is a super nice guy who is taking over the business from his father. Service is fast and the prices are very reasonable. If you want to buy a new computer they will guide you so that you get what work best for your needs. The same is true if you want to buy a used computer. I have also upgraded my old computers to make them better than a new computer. Do not waste your time going to a startup shop. I have been going here for years! The staff is awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help, professional and they never try to upsell. They've got fantastic deals on new and rebuilt computers of all kinds. I travel over an hour to this store because they are that fair and helpful. i have had computers worked on by many for many years, and this is the only time i got a new hard drive that is configured exactly the way the old one was. and all programs and printers including my plotter work as before. I bought a part here about a year before and was impressed by their knowledge. They did not pretend to know things like so many places you go to. This was the reason i went back. Purchased a re-conditioned DELL laptop from Jeff Anderson, US Computer Corp. An issue with the battery cropped up causing the laptop to lock/logoff periodically. Jeff replaced the battery with no issues and the computer has worked without any problems ever since. Brought in my computer that was built by them in 2010, it had been running 24 hrs a day for the past seven years up until hurricane Irma came. Mike diagnosed it as a bad power supply.
