I told them that I also ran tests that said hardware problems were detected. They called me and said the operating system had to be reinstalled. Fine, I guess maybe I was wrong I'm not a scientist when it comes to pc's. I pick it up and now I can turn it on, but I CANT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. Not even chrome, I run a hardware check and see it's detecting hardware problems. I asked the guy if there was hardware problems and he said no. So either I go to Tmobile, or download an app. I told him Nick told me they would do it, and he said Nick was new and didn't know anything yet.
