I took it to two different Sprint stores and a couple of other places, all of which said my phone was beyond repair. I had some very important information on my phone that i need for an up-coming court hearing. Unfortunately, I did not back the information up. I could not accept the fact that my phone was dead. Luckily, i was referred to this store by a technician at another store who couldn't help. I left my phone there and told the technician to take his time and do what he needed to do. I just got a call today that my phone was working and ready to be picked up. I was surprised and extremely happy! It's working perfectly and all of my information is there. I'll make sure to tell anyone I know who has phone or computer issues about this technician. He was a life saver.

Avoid this shop. Completely dishonest. I brought my Lenovo…read more3i laptop here for a repair. They charged me a $40 service fee plus $60 for a "new RAM replacement." To try and prove they did the work, they even handed me two old RAM sticks, claiming they were the parts they took out. Here is the problem: The Lenovo 3i comes with 8GB of RAM soldered directly to the motherboard, meaning there is only ONE extra expansion slot. It is physically impossible for them to have removed two RAM sticks from my machine. To make matters worse, the extra slot still isn't working, meaning they didn't actually install any new hardware either. I paid $100 for a completely fabricated repair and a couple of random old parts from their shop. Don't be fooled by their words. Go somewhere else. Here is attached payment proof..and 2 RAM returned to me..when I check with new repair today..there is a RAM already with motherboard..so havent replaced. If your service charge is 95$ and havent replaced one.why a dummy RAMreturned. I am a valid customer..

I pulled up Yelp and searched local businesses that could do it. I called three places. Dan was the only one that answered right away. I explained the issue and inquired about details and price. He told me to text him my laptop model and he would let me know the price and timeline after looking at batteries. I love that we were able to communicate and do most of the transaction via text. He responded rather quickly with the price, the arrival date of the battery, and that he would be able to do it in house while I waited. I am not sure the going rate for battery replacement. It seemed a little high to me (I know how much the batteries cost and it was more than double), but I decided it was still well worth it to guarantee it was safely and accurately replaced. I have a VERY good laptop that I would not be able to replace with an equivalent model. My laptop is essential for me. He required payment before ordering the battery. I paid and he said he would let me know when it arrived on the specified date. I called him that afternoon since I hadn't heard anything. He said it had just arrived in his Amazon locker. I told him it would be okay to do the following day and when I would come to the store. When I arrived, it took him only a few minutes (maybe 10-15 minutes). He replaced it and asked me for my charger. He made sure it was retaining charge (it was!). I was good to go. The entire process was very easy and painless. I will definitely call (or probably text) Dan again if I run into any more electronic issues.
