First time - I noticed a burn in on the screen (sidenote: you get a remanufactured screen not new screen when you replace the LCD... I did not know this). They replaced the LCD screen again. Second time - the glass for the screen was not glued properly and kept coming up. Came back and they fixed it. Third time, screen was coming up again. I returned and they fixed it. Fourth time, screen is unglued AGAIN. Returned and just asked for my money back b/c I was getting frustrated. I was told that I have a 90 day warranty and can keep using that but there is no refund. Great... who is going to continue to come back every other day for 90 days to get their phone fixed? It is okay place to get the screen fixed. I was quoted $50 but the LCD screen had burn marks so I had to replace it for &192. But, if you have a problem with it later on, good luck trying to get it resolved. My complaints fell on deaf ears.
