I purchased an iPhone from this company and 4 days later the screen went black. I brought the phone back thinking no big deal it's only been 4 days. I was a little baffled by the call because initially he sound like he cared about his customers satisfaction, until I started telling him how rude his employee was. That's when he became enraged and begin to tell me how wrong I was. I had planned on picking up a phone that was still broken. Complete scammers ! Don't go here ! They tell you to leave your phone for an hour or two. To have you unlock your phone. You don't need to unlock your phone to fix the back or front screen ! I took my phone to the mall and they fixed it in 5 minutes without having to unlock your screen !!! Then they save your video and picture and try to black mail you saying they will send it to your family members if you don't give them money ! Also the time I've been there i hear clients complaining about new parts on their phone phones not working right. If you don't know you about your phone they will take some parts of it and replace with bootleg parts !!! BE CAREFUL!!! read more

Called Cellfix on Saturday asking if they could fix a crack on my Apple Watch. Ryan said they could and they had the replacement part and if would cost $247. My watch was fully functional and I just didn't like the way it looked with the crack in the glass. He said they should be able to fix it today or the latest Sunday. He took my number and said he will call when it's done. No one called on Saturday or Sunday so I tried to call the store but the number was not being answered. I drove by the store and the sign said it was open but the door was closed. I went by again later in the day and no one there. I called numerous times but no voicemail and phone just rang. Monday I called many times and and no one Picked up. I drove by at 4:00 and the store was open. I talked to Marie and she said they tried to fix it but realized once they took off the old display they had the wrong part and they tried to get it to work but it was the wrong part. She said the new part would be in Wednesday and I could pick it up later in the day. Called again and no answer so I drove to the store and Marie said it should be available later in the day. No one called me with a status so I drove by Thursday and was told the Manager would be bringing it back from the shop. I called on Friday and asked for a status and was told the part hadn't come in even though I was told it was there on Wednesday. At this point I knew this place had no clue what they were doing so I requested a refund and a return of my working watch with a crack in the display. My refund was issued and they handed me back my watch all wrapped up in paper and rubber bands. I unwrapped my watch to wear it and the display was blank and many new scratches were around to screen. The watch would not power up and Marie called the Manager who said it just needed to be charged. So Marie put it in the charger and said come back later. An hour later I came back and the display was still blank. She said they did try to fix it with the wrong part and the original was now damaged. They did put the original display back on and didn't test to see if it worked or did and hoped I would not open up the packaging in the store. I asked her what can be done to resolve this and she said they weren't responsible. She told me it was store policy to only refund the amount charged and they can do nothing to resolve the fact that it worked when I dropped it off and now it won't even work. I requested the store manager phone number and she refused to give it to me. I asked for some resolution or compensation and she refused. I let them know this was unacceptable and I would pursue it further. I left my name and number and asked for the Manager or owner to call me. Also all the information came directly from the Manager because she had to call him repeatedly to get any kind of status. I also looked up on the Better Business Bureau and reviews reflected very similar experiences as mind. I've yet to receive a phone call from the Manager and there is no customer service number. This place is a scam. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I went in and got my screen replaced only for it to be 10x worse than the original problem. When I came into ask why they took my phone back and the guy came out telling us there is liquid inside the phone. However, my phone was no where near liquid in the past 2 days and I always set it on my bed or the counter when I'm going to take a shower. When the guy came out he showed me a paper towel with "the liquid on my phone" and when I asked to see my phone he said "I already dried it." Why couldn't he show me my phone? We kept asking and he finally did it, when he showed us our phone both water damage indicators were white (which meansno water damage) And when we asked him a question about water damage indicators, which we already knew that answer to, he claimed there is no way to confirm water damage. We asked how it was possible for that to happen and his only explanation was "condensation." I couldn't tell if he was serious or not. "Your phone sweats when it goes into really hot weather and then you go inside to really cool weather." I never really went outside longer than 45 minutes and my phone was never really exposed towards the sun. We looked at him and he started shaking and getting pale. He then sent us to another location. Before entering the next location we called Apple and confirmed that it's very unlikely these people are telling the truth about "condensation" and they could only think of corrosion which was not apparent on the phone. We also learned that there is another water damage indicator under the SIM card which Apple told us about. In the next location the guy took our phone and said he was going to give it to his technician. Before we gave it to the guy in the back we wanted to check our SIM card water damage indicator and of course that one wasn't showing any signs of water damage. He blatantly lied to us and said there was no indicator after multiple sources proved to us (including Apple) that there was an indicator. He said he was going to give it to his "technician" which I doubt he even had, and he told us it would take 20-30 minutes for him to finish. We leave the store and he calls back within seconds and says come back. We come back and he shows us the phone and told us there was "water damage" and one of the indicators was red. We knew this company was lying to us so when the supervisor calls we'll make sure to explain everything that happened and how their employees are scamming customers by planting water to cover their cheap parts that they used to put inside my phone. read more

1ST- Their airpods are fake af they are not real apple airpods. 2ND- They are a complete scam. They dont ever fix your phone they use fake parts that are cheap and could possibly mess up your phone forever which is what happend to me $350 after VARIOUS screen repairs. The first screen repair they did was over $200 which left my phone changing colors and glitching. Took it back and they told me something wasnt on right. The same issue happend again and this time it wouldnt turn on. They "fixed" it like 2 more times made me pay $150 more because it was out of warranty or something and then it happend again now they are saying itsmore than a screen repair.. not giving me a refund and on top of that making me pay them again to actually fix my phone. THEY NEVER FIXED THE ISSUE THEY JUST MESSED MY PHONE UP EVEN MORE. Saber whoever he is, is super unprofessional and blocks customers numbers when he doesnt want to deal with them anymore. The employees are also treated poorly and this place is just a scam to take your money however. 3RD- Before all of this they also sold my husband a iphone 11 pro max that was BROKEN a couple months after. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. Absolutely awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my iPhone 7+ in to get my screen repaired and the low price was a selling point for me. I received my phone back with a slightly lifted screen that begin glitching a day after getting it "fixed." Screen was incredibly dim even when turned up to maximum brightness to the point where I couldn't even see my screen when wearing sunglasses. A small white tab stuck up from between the screen and the phone's interior and it was an awful job.They also installed a glass screen protector without informing me that it would impair the 3D touch functions on the iPhone and I had to come back to get it removed. When I came back there was a teenager waiting at the front desk who told me there were no refunds on the glass touch screen and then proceeded to rip off the glass screen protector. Please don't handle my phone if you're not a trained technician. There must be some kind of qualification to fix phones and this place most certainly doesn't have it. Hustlers!! Talked me in for $120 for 2 glass screens repaired. Ended up charging $220 because 1 supposedly needed an LCD also. Then called me again saying it was an extra $50 because new LCD won't work without the new ic chip. I said absolutely not, no more money. Took my friend with her Samsung G2 to the Temple Terrace location on Sat. May 9th, 2015, the gentleman promised it would be repaired by the end of Mon. May 11th, 2015. She just received her phone back today on Thurs. May 28th, 2015, not only was it not repaired according to the promissory date, but the phone wasn't repaired correctly. I don't know what kind of business they are running here but I don't exactly work hard to just give my money away and be ripped off by unprofessional businesses. She reiterated to the sale guy that she wanted it unlocked when she gets ready to go back home. Fwd to a month later. We went to another store to renew her plan n wanted to unlock the phone. The guy told us it was a TracPhone a def CANNOT be unlocked. Oh we were mad!!!! So we went to the store we bought the phone n I personally told him we're here to unlock the phone. The same sales guy told us the system is down and cannot be unlocked "at this time". I told him to cut the bull because he knew from a month ago that he sold her a TracPhone that cannot be unlocked. He told me I was yelling n he can't deal with us. I told him suck it up buttercup because my niece will get a phone TODAY. He wanted to charge her almost 200$ more for an unlocked phone n we weren't having it. Nope!!! He called the police but the cops told him to take care of my niece. I was outside n the cop told me "if I were you, I'd stay away from this store. They're known for doing this". I walked into Cellfix, and Saber, who helped me, was able to work with me to give me a great deal in the price range that I was looking for on not only my repair, but also on a new case. He fixed my phone in about 10 minutes. I was planning on being there much longer, but since it wasn't super busy it was quick! If I could not give them a star I would. Went to Cellfix on Busch and 56th street just to get a cracked screen repaired about 11am early April. When I got there they said it would cost me somewhere like $150. Wasn't happy to pay up front as that was a little shady but an associate of mine said they did a great job on his phone so I did. They said it would only take a few hours. About 7 hours later they call saying my LCD was screwed and they would need to replace that and it would be $80 to do so. I said nothing was wrong with it before only issue was the glass screen. So I said for them to get it back to what it was when I first dropped it off but he said it wouldn't work. I said well get it working but I'm not gonna pay for something that wasn't an issue with my phone. Right before the closed the called letting me know it was done. As soon as I got home I had terrible issues with reception. My phone will show full 4G bars but I will not be connected to my service or I am roaming. I talk with my carrier and they have reset my phone and put in new codes. Nothing works!!! My serial number of the phone was different from what I was in the system. I talk to these guys and they end up scratching off my serial number, peeled off my original phone, and placed my old phone serial number on the back. When I asked for it they wouldn't give me the old one. To this day I have horrible signal with my phone. Rather the phone they gave me which my carrier originally claimed as lost/stolen. I literally just did business with this company but it was the establishment off Fletcher Blvd and i really wish I would have read all of these posts before i walked in. It was a spontaneous thing so i had no idea what i was getting myself into. This company is a complete piece of sh*t i normally dont leave negative reviews but these guys are the worst. I took my brand new 6 month old phone Iphone in due to the screen having a hair line crack in it. They charged me $90 dollars for parts plus labor which was fine by me. i kept my phone due to it still being in working order. One week passes and no call no nothing. After being proactive I called them back only to hear "Oh yea your parts are here, bring the phone in?) I knew then i was in trouble.. I had already paid so i had no choice. After them having my phone for a week and a half or so the same thing happened. I never received a call and when i did call them back they told me we fixed the screen but now it wont charge, the phone is just dead. Having paid over 600.00 for a brand new iphone not even a year old I was rather upset to say the least. I didnt blame the establishment at first and tried to remain diplomatic about the situation but after being talked to in the most rude way i then realized I was talking to directly to my oldschool hood friends with no sense of business ethic or customer service so the diplomacy act went right out the window at that point. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL ROB YOU AND THEN TELL YOU ITS YOUR FAULT YOU WERE ROBBED. I was told from the manager Tony himself, Hey you walked in here we didnt tell you to come in as if customers dont do that?!?. I was told my brand new phone had issues already that i didnt know about and that it took them repairing the screen for me to find out about it. They offered me no resolution nor my money back. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as filing a civil suit if possible. I dont care if its 1 dollar, you dont rob people who trust in your services. My roomates phone was screwed up by them as well but i forgot that i was warned a year or so ago from him and now i see why. WARNING....DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
