After they left, I realized I had no use for it, I'm a senior, and sometimes get confused. The vac was awkward and heavy to handle, I have no rugs in the house & no place to store it. I did not want or need it. I don't know what I was thinking when I bought it. I did tell Frank that I didn't need it, but felt he just wanted to make the sale, that's all that mattered to him. I called his office and was shocked to find that they will not let me return it. Per my research all distributors are required to have a return policy clearly stated on the receipt directing you to return the equipment back to the distributor within a certain amount of days after day of purchase. I never received this information nor do I recall getting an invoice. Then I tried to sell it online, and was again shocked to see that I could have bought the exact same thing on ebay for $1050!!! I would not recommend dealing with Frank. I do not feel that he has his customers best interest at heart.
