About an hour or so later Billie reached back out to me and said she might be able to help me after all. She asked if I could give her some time to see if she could work it out. I said absolutely. A few hours later, she reached out to me saying she wasn't able to get it worked out to the price point I was trying to be at. I really wanted to work with this company because of the amazing customer services. I'm writing this review because Billie went above and beyond to try to work something out. I appreciated a business like this one and if I ever need a service they provide I will contact them first. Thank you so much for trying!!

Terrible experience with Sonic Transportation…read more My Zara packages ALWAYS arrive late when they are delivered by this carrier. There is always some kind of problem -- either the package is delayed, arrives opened, or something else goes wrong. I have even received packages that were already opened and had items missing. On another occasion, my package was marked as delivered, but it was actually delivered the following day. It is an extremely frustrating experience. Whenever I see that my Zara package is being delivered by Sonic Transportation, I already know I'm going to have problems. Terrible service and a carrier I have absolutely no confidence in.
