About an hour or so later Billie reached back out to me and said she might be able to help me after all. She asked if I could give her some time to see if she could work it out. I said absolutely. A few hours later, she reached out to me saying she wasn't able to get it worked out to the price point I was trying to be at. Unfortunately, when you have to let a remote employee go, they aren't always the nicest people and unfortunately in this case, the ex-employee took out their anger on the courier that we sent to pick up our equipment from his home. To use the word disappointed in someone that I thought was lot more professional and kind, even though his employment was at an end is an understatement.
