In the end, he found one leg to be shorter than the other, hand crafted inserts to meet the needs of both feet, and improve my gait! How awesome is that! And what is even more awesome is he provided additional inserts so that i could use my other sneakers and even sandals and did not have to purchase another pair of shoes!!! So, in the short of it, in the future, my first stop for shoe or leather repair or purchase of a new pair of shoes (they have all styles), will be The Shoe Lab!

They say they don't provide photos because the quality wasn't good. That's eye catching. Then, I am told that I can't get fingerprints done because I have to make an appointment to get some OIN number. Not shown on their website. Last straw was that I went in today to try to get some returns done to Amazon and was told they were shutting the store down because it was unsafe to be inside. Maybe they should make that permanent
