Well, I had my two-year-old kicking feet and pounding hands complaint to the personnel, who were all very gracious and tolerant. They really were very understanding and courteous despite my infantile behavior. Making it more ironic is the fact that I actually got in for a blood draw earlier than my anticipated appointment because it was not crowded that morning. I apologize again for my immature and silly behavior, but am appreciative that there were others around who behaved in a professional and welcoming manner.
