There are several spaced chairs and a tv in the waiting area. There is an electronic board that's posts the names and place in line of those waiting. They now have an automated .and touch less checkin. It is best to make a reservation on their online site. I've had several different phlebotomists over the past four years. Everyone has been good. Since I Am difficult to find a vein, I warn them ahead of time. They have all been patient. I've been told to drink plenty of water before I arrive. The place can get very busy in the morning, especially in the winter months. Bring your patience!

In the meantime, the doctor ordered mass blood transfusion in an improper way that worsened her condition instead of stabilizing her, while failing to move the central line that was improperly placed and that the radiologist recommended be repositioned. HCA Healthcare has faced no consequences, and there is no way for people researching physicians through the Florida Department of Health (DOH), the medical licensing board, to see what happened to my daughter.
