I have been coming here for about four years now. The service has always been courteous and professional. The office has been updated and redecorated. There are several spaced chairs and a tv in the waiting area. There is an electronic board that's posts the names and place in line of those waiting. They now have an automated .and touch less checkin. It is best to make a reservation on their online site. I've had several different phlebotomists over the past four years. Everyone has been good. Since I Am difficult to find a vein, I warn them ahead of time. They have all been patient. I've been told to drink plenty of water before I arrive. The personnel are great and facility is very good. BUT, the online appointments does not work, I spent at least 1 hour trying multiple days and multiple different times and always got the message that the time was no longer available. I tried to find a phone number to call for an appointment but the website had nothing. Finally, I did a google search and was able to make appointments for my wife and myself, but upon arrival you had lost my appointment. Your website is a disaster and if you wish to keep my business, you need to straighten it out. read more

I was able to schedule my appointment within the same day. There was no line or wait when we arrived. We were seen at our scheduled times and it was an easy process. Jeff and Christine were so patient with my kid and they were able to draw his labs quickly. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Such a quick and efficient experience. BE WARNED. This location service is great but the online appointment scheduler is not. I have made numerous appointments because I didn't want to wait as a walk in and numerous times they had no record of my appointment. Most recently I scheduled an appointment and the TIME of the appointment STILL didn't match the time I came in. So I don't really know if it's a problem with the system or what. i even got a confirmation appointment code and still.... no record. Occasionally it has worked and I have received the quest confirmation text but other times it has not. So.... If ur in a rush to get somewhere..... plan ahead. read more

I was taken care of by Ivelisse She was absolutely amazing. After passing out a couple days ago(fear of needles) I came back to finish my labs and I requested to lay down since I am a big guy. She made me feel comfortable and at home. We shared a similar background so we spoke about that and it help me put my mind at ease. I didn't even feel the needle go in. I've gone to this quest location several times now. It's always fast, I never make an appointment. I walk in and have never waited more than 15 minutes. I've always found the lab to be spotless and the staff to all be pleasant. While in the waiting room there is a tv and your name appears on it with your wait time. There is a huge shared parking lot but parking is always available. read more

I went to this Quest Diagnostics for a blood test. I had an appointment at 12:40pm and didn't get seen for almost 45 minutes after my appointment. With that said, the staff was apologetic and efficient when I was brought in for the blood work. read more

Worst quest I've ever been to. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and the computer wouldn't check me in because it said I was "more than 10 minutes late." So I would have to reschedule. Are you kidding me. Then they don't even tell you that you need a mask when you make an appointment and when you get there there's none for them to give it you. Came in the morning right when they opened to try to be seen quickly as a walk in the staff that was not busy sat around waiting for people to show up instead of seeing me when the building was empty ! I had to leave to get to work after an hour and half of waiting made an apt for 12 and was just told they are running 50 mins behind because they only have 3 people working I am pregnant and fasting and need to leave to work again ! This Location is very disappointing, I understand that there is short staff due to Covid 19 however, I made an appointment ahead of time for 8:50 am and when I got there the line was out the door and there was 35 people in line waiting to be seen who had appointments at 7:30 am the time was 9 am at this point. There was nobody working the front desk and all the staff could say was "sorry we are short staffed."I never got my blood drawn because I had to leave as I had an appointment I had to go afterwards. I don't understand why they overbook appointments if they don't have the staff to do so. This location needs to do better! read more

She was one of the best phlebotomists I have ever experienced and she made me feel like a friend rather than a patient. She treated me as if I was the only person who had her attention in the office, no rush and no hurry. She answered every question with experienced detail and reassurance. My mom had a lab draw appt here at 9:30am on Wed. We arrived a couple of minutes before the appt. There was a kiosk inside where you can scan the QRS Code that they sent you a week before the appt. On the kiosk check-in, you can choose whether to wait inside or wait outside (they'll call/text you). My mom chose to wait outside. Right as she got back in the car, an employee was calling out her name already at 9:30am exactly. I got a text mssg to return to the check in at 9:31am as they were walking inside. I love their punctuality. My mom was back in the car after 10mins. This was our first time using Quest for blood draws. I'm not sure if they're always punctual like this or if it's because they may be less busy due to the Covid pandemic. Regardless, I love how everything went so smoothly & on time. There's also an automated hand sanitizer inside the waiting room. I will be using this place for all of my mom's lab works from now on. I also recommended it to my husband. read more

First time using this lab. No appointments necessary and service is quick. Arrived at 9:48 checked in and was called in to register by 9:55. Out the door by 10:02. About 8 people in waiting room when arrived so still got in and out really quick. Kind of surprised my name and birthdate were not verified for identification as they only asked if my address was correct. Waiting area was clean and plenty of seats. Lab area very clean, neat, and well organized. Tech told me to sign my name and print it on a document but never told me what I was signing. Because I am in healthcare of course I read it first and what it was attesting to is that my blood samples were appropriately labeled which I saw the tech do. Overall good experience but took a star off for no identification check and not informing me of what I was being asked to sign. read more

I went in to pick up a test to preform at home. Waited ten min and nobody was at the front desk. Went to see if the door was opened and it was locked. A man came out and gave me the third degree and was extremely rude about trying to see if the door was locked. I was looking in the window and he told me to back away from the door like I was going to rob him or something. He then proceeds to take the gentleman who came in way after me because he had signed in. The main office of quest told me I didn't have to just to pick up this test. So absolutely rude. Will never go into this establishment again. I will stick with sun city since they have zero locked doors and someone is always available to answer any questions and wait on you. I came here for a lab and what I really like about this location is that they open earlier than others (6:30 am). I work nights and get off at 6am, so it is really convenient for me and I beat the rush. I have been here twice and they always get me in and out right away, the staff is courteous, and they clearly have extensive knowledge in their procedures. The only reason I do not give them a 5th star is because the test results are returned 1-2 days slower than their counterparts.... Otherwise great place to go :).... read more

I was a walk-in on Monday morning 2/11/19. I get in there at about 10:45am and sign in and there were about a dozen other walk-ins according to the Computer/TV screen. I sit down and noticed I had a 30 minute wait which soon the Computer/TV screen said 39 minutes. I left the waiting area to take care of other errands and shopping and came back about 20 to 25 minutes later. To my surprise, the waiting room was totally empty. I signed in again and the TV screen said I had a 9 minute wait. I was taken back in about 4 or 5 minutes by the phlebotomist --Maurice-- and had my blood drawn. Just walked on in to get blood work done and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Amazing. My "vampire" hit my vein on the second try, which for me is awesome. No complaints. I went there two times and they were very rude, I reported them to Dr. I was turned away as they said my orders from Dr. was wrong and the other time, I was turned away because the phone number was wrong. I gave them phone numbers that were correct and they still were not nice. I will NEVER go to that lab again! They were raising their voice as I was leaving. HEPA should be notified. Others all in the office could hear her berating me as if I could change the Dr.s orders. Never should a person in a medical position should treat a patient with such disgrace. read more
