People checking in an hour later still get called even before your scheduled time. The staff is rude and noncoherent to anyone with disabilities in the waiting room, and also NOT ADA compliant. Older people with wheelchairs can not open the doors, get upset, and leave, missing their doctor's assigned appointments. While I was waiting, other doctors and nurses who were doing drop-offs with expiring samples complained. I was told to wait further after being assigned someone who had not signed off on processing my lab. patients with later appointment times called bedoreme after I was told I was next in line due to being assigned the wrong "Specialist".

From the time my name was called I was treated with a lack of respect when the nurse (Edith) called out 'Danielle' when my name is 'Daniel'. Not trying to sound petty but perhaps she should exercise a little care in something as simple as calling a patient's name for multiple reasons. When I politely corrected her/repeated 'Daniel'? to make sure it was me that was up, she gave me an extremely nasty attitude and barked at, "Go in # One!" (Room One). At this time I asked what the problem was and why I was being given attitude. She continued with the same attitude and stated nothing was wrong. I asked for another nurse. I'm not having someone with that AWFUL bedside manner poke me with a needle/draw my blood. The other nurse (Arlene) was very polite and kind. It's how the first should have behaved and should be the standard for anyone in healthcare. I hope their directors see this and address with their staff appropriately. I asked for the name of whomever is in charge of this location and I was told Edith! I was given a card for another nurse at a different location whom they insinuated was in charge but I will do my own investigating to find the right person that should hear about this experience first hand. Do better Quest Diagnostics. 5 Thumbs DOWN.

I probably should just try traveling a little out of Plant City to see if they are all the same, but this particular location has a bunch of unfriendly people working there -- and I've been there quite a few times. The reason they are getting 2 stars, however, is because they have never had any difficulty drawing blood and this last experience wasn't painful at all (at least not physically). I made an appointment online to get bloodwork drawn. When I arrived I went up to the window as I had done before but I was shooed away to a kiosk to check in. Ok, I didn't see the kiosk, but they could have told me nicely to check in there. Then I was called up to the window to give my order in, which was for quite a few tests - I was just told "I have to verify these, it's gunna be a while". Luckily my doctor's office is awesome and got her the info she needed right away and the lab wasn't crowded, so I did't have to wait super long, but the lady just seemed so annoyed to have to help me. Basically the entire time I was in the lab I was talked to like the employees would rather be doing anything else in the world. I'm just hoping they get my tests correct, as the have ordered the wrong ones for my daughter in the past. If your insurance doesn't force you to go to LabCorp like mine does, go to the Quest in Plant City. They are sooooo much friendlier!

Checked in on their computer and waited, was there over an hour and still not called. So I left, Saturday afternoon made an appointment via their website for 1:30 in the afternoon(2-11-19), got confirmation from their website we are all good. Went there is afternoon same problem, people who came way after me were called up to get their blood test. I went up to the desk at 2:50 , didn't get to say anything and was told to sit down I would be called. I left and will never go back to LABCORP, TOTALLY INEPT.

But most of all, the facility is clean, the nurses and doctor are exceptionally amazing. At other Urgent Cares I've been to in the past, I have waited well over an hour to be seen with one or two people ahead of me. Typical wait time to be seen here is 15-20 minutes (with others in the waiting room). without an appointment. I am impressed. All I can say is thank you for being so Efficient, Professional and Caring.

Dr. Salvato walked in the exam room asked what's wrong, came over to exam table as I explained that I also had some fluctuating blood pressure at home, which seemed to annoy him and he said " blood pressure doesn't have anything to do with being sick". He looked in my mouth and nose told me I had an upper respiratory infection and as he hurriedly headed for the door said he'd send a script to my pharmacy.(pharmacy closed). I felt like crap went home laid down and ended up calling 911 as my chest began to feel worse and I couldn't catch my breath. Turned out to be a heart attack! Two stents and four days in CICU, I'm alive no thanks to this Urgent Care or this Dr. Shame on you for being a slacker!

I took the documentation regarding the issue THREE TIMES to their office where I was told that I was incorrect. I had previously had blood tests (from different MD) that had show a positive rheumatoid factor, but nothing much came of that and my symptoms were still getting worse. On my first appt I was just told to avoid certain foods (which i told her i had already tried). She didnt want to do any new bloodwork and said there are a lot of things that could be causing my issues but she doesnt like to "do a lot of tests". Weird but ok. I figured I would try the diet and go to my follow up appt. At my second appt I was basically told i was just lazy and Dr. Braver literally had me crying in the office. I then asked again about doing even just routine yearly bloodwork and she saod we dont "do bloodwork just to do it". I was later diagnosed from a geneticists with a connective tissue disorder...so i was not just being "lazy". Also i have two other similar stories I have heard from two other patients. Dr. braver doesnt listen to you, doesnt test you, and dismissed symptoms that can be serious. She also makes the patient feel like crap. Stay far away if you want good care.
