The facility is clean and workers are nice. It is best to make an appointment but they do accept walk-ins.

Five stars because of the wonderful Nursing Staff in the ER!!! Betty Collins, Precious Ford,…read moreRonika Paris and Jovan (nurse for room 248.) Otherwise, the quality of care from the doctors would be a one star or less. I would highly recommend the staff mentioned above, but the doctors were horrible, no communication, they acted as if they were bothered to be there. I will not ever return and definitely would not follow up with any doctors on staff there.

"To start off, I had to wait 4 days for gallbladder surgery, when it usually takes 1-2 days at most. I had to wait in an emergency room hallway for hours after having a crisis. I was given pain medications in a tiny crowded hallway until about 6pm. Then after my procedure I encountered Nurse Nytesha HATLEY-STRIBLING post procedure. I will be reporting her to the board of nursing as well. I added a photo of her digging in the trash looking for the narcotic that she may or may not have given me. At 8:30p Medication was administered after my surgery, she had an attitude after our first encounter, because of a miscommunication on their end, regarding my discharge date. I was informed that the doctor would be contacted to confirm the appropriate dosage. At 11:30p was told that the doctor had still not been contacted, as the nurse was occupied assisting a dialysis patient in a rude tone . The interaction felt dismissive, as if my concerns were an inconvenience. I experienced significant pain and was unable to sleep. I reported this to the charge nurse after my nurse still hadn't given me my next dose of medication or contacted the doctor. The next dose of medication, which was scheduled for 12:30 AM, was not administered until approximately 1:54 AM When the nurse arrived, she banged on the door but did not communicate, turn on the lights, or provide any explanation regarding the medication. She was ignoring me after I contacted the other nurse regarding my care. This was after telling her that the morphine was not working and she was supposed to contact the doctor. So I still don't know what medication I received. On a separate visit she stated that the delay occurred because she was assisting a patient in crisis. A narcotic medication was administered at approximately 6:00 AM; however, it was not recorded in the system according to the dayshift nurse that arrived. Subsequently, the next nurse prepared to administer another dose of narcotic medication at 8:00 AM because there was no record of the earlier dose. I informed her that the previous nurse had documented it on the board. But it wasn't anywhere else in the system. Later, the same nurse entered the room and was observed searching through the trash in her regular clothes after she was disrespectful the entire night". Do not send any of your family members here.
