I soon realized that she was just making chit chat and although I know that she saw me standing there, she chose to ignore me. Thankfully, another worker came through from the back and was able to give me a new dressing. I have also witnessed her being extremely disrespectful and mean to patients, especially the elderly. Not a good representative for your company.

The physician's office called Quest, giving them the information needed. The Dr's. office even gave me the date and time they called. Secondary insurance reports they have never been billed. Calling Quest, they claim to have never been called by the doctor. Trying to discuss it with Quest, after a 40 minute wait, proved to be useless. So back to square one, calling the doctor's office again. Will avoid this company, as there are others who can do the job.
