Sara holds upmost professionalism with all the patients and other staff. He soft spoken ways, knowledge and the kind welcome smile goes such a long way in the profession we are in. She provides information and encouragement with all callers into the clinic having conclusion in the conversation "hope you feel better" what's better than those words to a distressed caller! I even witnessed her reassurance to patients that she has cleaned everything prior to them entering the room across from her and not just words for her, I seen her though ally clean everything! He certainly doesn't need the business because his practice is very full, but if you can wait a few months give him a call and see if you can get in with him. I walked quite a long distance to enter the hospital. I was advised I was in the incorrect building and redirected. I rushed to the correct location Ste. 202 . I arrived the at 3:07 for a 3:00 appt. I was abruptly told I will have to reschedule. I responded with, "No, That isn't acceptable." Stunned, the receptionist said she'd check with the nurse. Five minutes later, a very condescending nurse of Dr. Battaglia explained I exceeded their strict 7 min rule. i explained, I was there at 3:07 and I refused to reschedule. She reluctantly said she would check with the Dr. At that point I made the decision that I did not chose to associate with a business that speaks to their customers, with no regard, concern, nor empathy. I told her to forget about it. There are 100 other offices out there. An hour and a half of my day, wasted and nothing accomplished, other than this review. Doctors , I've been around for a minute. Teach your staff that we are the ones paying their salaries. Be kind. People have jobs, lives and stuff happens.
