Sara holds upmost professionalism with all the patients and other staff. He soft spoken ways, knowledge and the kind welcome smile goes such a long way in the profession we are in. She provides information and encouragement with all callers into the clinic having conclusion in the conversation "hope you feel better" what's better than those words to a distressed caller! I even witnessed her reassurance to patients that she has cleaned everything prior to them entering the room across from her and not just words for her, I seen her though ally clean everything! Two years ago I spent much of my time moving through life in a wheelchair because of a serious foot injury. I was facing seemingly impossible odds when I met Dr. John Yee. While other physicians had given up on my case, Dr. Yee engaged his unending creative problem-solving skills suggesting unique treatments that resolved my problem and resulted in a much-improved lifestyle. As I began to improve, Dr. Yee suggested that an exercise program would be essential to my regaining strength and balance. He found a gym whose talented owner agreed to work with several of his patients recovering from serious medical issues. Under his direction, five of us we're pushed and challenged and we improved --- and then Covid-19 hit and the gym had to close. Dr. Yee then stepped in and offered to personally teach us martial arts strategies and techniques to continue our recovery using a virtual platform. Dr. Yee now coaches us in strength training, balance strategies and relaxation techniques and we continue to grow physically and mentally. His gentle concern has strengthened our minds, bodies and souls. Because of his concern, I am today a seventy-one-year-old woman, who had never been athletic, exercising 7 days a week, learning taekwondo and feeling stronger than ever.
