Hi my name is Jim and I was driven to Englewood hospital…read more And was very ill when I arrived they did there Best to help me Jenn Was my nurse and she Was outstanding I was Not feeling well and was Trying to be as courteous As possible after I started To come down from my 105 temperature I explained that my wife Passed away 3 years earlier at the same hospital after we where Married for 34 years and I just felt uncomfortable And wanted to leave they Said that they don't supply rides and if I stayed in the morning Sometime after 7 30 am I can call a service and Possibly get a ride this Was after I called several Different places that night they gave me I felt that for some reason they had enough of me my IV broke and After buzzing my call Button for 5 minutes with no response I walked out of my room And down the hall squirting blood all over the place yelling for help A nurse saw me and came to my aid so with That happening and the Fact I wanted to leave I didn't have my phone with me when the ambulance picked me up And had no pants or shoes and at 64 yrs old Not like I was in my 20s Look over all nice people But when they told me The door is that way at 5 30 am in the morning And let me walk in my Stocking feet Jen did say There is a chance that I might be able to get a ride around 7 30 but at This time I felt like this Relationship was over When I arrived home And got my phone my Son called and told me When he called the hospital that the nurse And witch one I don't Know released private Information to him about Lab reports not even knowing if he really was My son. Upset me a lot Just felt like a second Class citizen. Will never Go again and that's just Me I here good and I here Bad but do know that It's not half as good as The hospital in Laurel road heading to what hospital when I ask for an ultrasound to put an IV in at noon it didn't show with the machine to 11:00 at night and never happens at Laurel road but like I said you know they're understaffed they're nice people and it's just my opinion hey what are you going to do just upset about giving out information to my son that you've never been given out I wish them all well but they won't see me again.

I worked as a Phlebotomist myself years ago, and know people with tiny veins like me are a challenge. I really dread my semi-annual trips to the lab and Quest has been a frickin' nightmare! I've left Quest with bruises that turned into hematoma's in both arms from attempts to draw blood with no success, before I finally walked out of Quest the last time never to return. My husband noticed International Lab located in Tiffany Square on McCall Rd. when leaving PT one day. I stopped in to talk to the Phlebotomomist who knew exactly how to proceed with my existing health issues. I returned on a day I was fasting and Amanda was the Phlebotomist who drew my blood. She did a fantastaic job!! No trying both arms hoping to hit a vein!! No bruises!! No Hematoma's!!!!!! I have only seen Amanda working alone? She is the Phlebotomist/MedTech who drew my blood both times. Not sure if they have additional help? She has been a life saver for me and the only place I'll go to have my blood drawn.
