Rosa was the sweetest, made it quick and painless. Talked me through it and kept me calm (I'm not good with needles.) but she handled my whole experience with care. As a good health care worker should. read more

I've been going to the Quest diagnostics location on Cortez Road in Bradenton, Florida for a few years now. I've always been very happy with the service I received there. This location is very well organized. I always make an appointment and I never have to wait when I go there. I was there today and my phlebotomist's name is Courtney Q. She was absolutely fantastic. I liked that she was personable, professional, and very skilled. She made the experience completely enjoyable. read more

Routine Labwork done for Annual In-Network Physical (no medical issues, just routine annual labs) - yet Quest bills EXTRA for PSA test (and TSH test...). Routine labs that Quest bills EXTRA for - what a sucky company! The Bradenton Fl location took my blood sample but FAILED to register the results of my blood test. Impossible to get thru to a person because the office is completely automated. I was forced to cancel a long awaited Dr appt as I did not have the results. read more

Alize was great took blood and no problems no having to move needle around! She was nice and polite and very professional! Shout out to her! Facility was very clean and easy to check in with appt from my cell phone. Thanks Alize! read more

Super slow. An hour to get to the back when the building isn't that big at all. Hire more people or something.

Ive spend 4 days there last week trying to be seen. I finally get seen this week. Latino lady said i didn't didn't pee enough And THEW OUT my sample that was almost full. Didn't even look at it. Told me I had to get a new code from my employer. This was a pre-employment urine test. I took it personal! Is she trying to get me fired before I'm even hired? This was my 5th time here! Everyone is RUDE! read more

Absolutely ridiculous. One of the most hopeless, pathetic waiting rooms I've ever seen. About 60 people, every chair taken. Everyone looked like their hope of being seen, indeed their joy in life had been drained away. A bleak, hopeless scenario, with no employees visible, just an iPod "kiosk" to log in and begin an interminable wait. The other two locations I tried were not open, at 10:00 on a Tuesday... read more

Jeffrey Ingram is an amazing phlebotomist. Total superstar. He is my goto guy forever more.

as scheduled, efficient, phlebotomist was expeditious, pleasant, needle insertion was un-noticed and all questions readily answered

Jim S. has it right. Quest diagnostics has reached PEAK #enshittification. If you want to feel like a number, please go there and wait for the machine to call you. But if you would like to be treated with a minimal amount of common courtesy and human kindness, stay away! It appears that Quest does not hire any support staff. No receptionist, no desk clerks. The only people working there are the medical technicians (phlebotomists, etc.) who are locked behind THE DOOR. People constantly accost them with questions when they peek out to call the next customer and THEY DON'T KNOW. They appear to be over worked and sick of having to do someone else's job. This toxic environment is bad for employees and customers alike. Do not support this corporate bull$hit. read more

When in for a pre-employment screening and I my sample was more than half full. The large lady threw my sample out and said the cup had to be filled to the top. According to quest diagnostics on google only 31ml need to be collected. She is trying to make sure a cute white male has to look bad by getting a new Q code from his soon to be employer. read more

this is one of the most laborious time WASTING online site of all time, What a mess....50 choices and most of them do not deliver what they list keeps disregarding or ending or kicking me out. It happens time after time continuously, QUEST Please find someone who understands efficiency and simplicity in making or changing or cancelling any, any , any appointments, you have 20 channels and its a damn mess, wake up. If I were running this the whole online staff would be replaced TODAY right NOW. WASTE of TIMEEEEEE! read more

I wanted to give this place a higher score because the staff is helpful and friendly, but it is impossible to go any higher when I have to wait a whole hour after my appointment time to be waited on! The staff look exhausted and the two I talked to said they were short handed but they were trying their best. They are a staffing issue away from being a five star area. Still way better than Labcorp! read more

Thoughtful people. I made mistake and went to wrong location .. couldn't register so I asked one of Techs and she was no prob ... make appt for now and we can fit you in.. ! 10-min later I'm in with another lady who was warm, young high energy and made sure my info was entered correctly. Best of all... had smile, positive attitude and was good at taking blood when couldn't get good vein right away! Soooo... smile at them and be thoughtful yourself... they appreciate a thoughtful smile as much as we do. They work hard. Say thank you. ;8*) read more

I was impressed with my visit to Quest diagnostics. This was the only location in my area that allowed walk in visits -- all the others were booked for weeks in advance. It was no surprise that this location was very busy. I was checked in professionally and was very surprised that I did not have to wait for more than 10 minutes. The person who drew blood was very friendly and professional and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The facility was very clean and hand sanitizer was available. The only thing I did not like was that there were probably too many people in the waiting room. The car park is large and you don't have to walk far to the facility. Definitely a positive experience and especially so just walking in without an appointment. read more

Newly remodeled, clean, and efficient. So nice to see Yvette on staff!! I didn't feel a thing! :-D

Very wonky. Once they lost my lab order, which they had on file week earlier. Last time I went they didn't run one of the indicated tests my doctor had ordered and I had to go back. And today they have no way to process a digital lab order from my doctor. They literally can't print out a document from my doctor. Stay away from Quest. You can do much better. read more

The "get an appointment" site on phone is terrible; automated person has his own script; cannot repeat clearly the time; impossible to get ony their own lab online ; I have an account but cannot find it with Yelp interfeering or some other link to another place; POOR for making appointments; Good for the work done by technicians. I want to find a diffent lab. read more

Most unprofessional individuals handling people's medical testing. Was NEVER informed about stepping outside would fail drug testing, if I was informed why would I walk outside. But not once, I walked outside 3 different times where employees saw me and did not say anything. The 4th time I went outside Natalie scolded me like a toddler, told me to have a seat, and then sent another employee to tell me my test was failed. Then to make matters worse and show even more unprofessionalism, I asked for my Id and was told Natalie wanted to hand it to me. Why? Was this a power trip? People come here for job requirements and medical reasoning, how do you treat people in this manner? I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. Natalie was the only name I know but every single person working on this day is an embarrassment to Quest. read more

Disgraceful. I have never once in my life written a bad review, but I would be doing the city of Bradenton an injustice if I didn't express my consistent frustration and disappointment with what I thought was just the overall company in general (because I have had bad experiences with their billing), but now this Quest location. I have monthly bloodwork done. I have to fast for this bloodwork, I don't eat for 8 hours prior, and I have work starting at 8, so I always try to schedule an early appointment. My appointment was at 7:10. I was not called back to the room by a phlebotomist until about 7:40-45, just to be told that I have an outstanding balance with Quest, even though I paid it off in full (over $1,000!!!!) a month ago. She said she could not perform my blood work because the computer wouldn't let her. I showed her my receipts and bank statement for this large payment, so she went back and asked her manager for instruction, and then came back pretty quickly saying she couldn't do my blood work and that I had to call billing. I said that wouldn't work for me, as I paid off my balance, didn't owe Quest a single penny, and that they need to figure out their computer error. They had me go back to the lobby and "wrote my name down and would call me back there in a few minutes." About 10 minutes went by, and nothing... so I asked another phlebotomist to get the supervisor. I expressed my frustration to the supervisor, and all she had to say was "I can't do anything about it." Not a single "I'm sorry," or "let me see what I can do." I asked that she call billing or anyone who can handle this and sort it out, and she said "I don't do that." What?!?! After much back and forth, she writes down the billing phone number on a sticky note, hands it to me and walks away. I call, and THEY ARE CLOSED! I tried again at 8:01, closed. At this point I was late for work so I left. I tried again at 8:20 - CLOSED! If you made it to the end of this, please take it seriously when I say that Quest's billing system is so ridiculously screwed up and WILL interfere with your health. Today they proved that their customer care is no better. Now I will go to LabCorp for all future appointments, and I will sleep better at night knowing that I will never have to deal with the incompetency and disgracefulness that is Quest. Just disgusting. read more

I truly love the changes made to the staff at this location. My Endocrinoligist request some test and I Didn't get a chance to make an appointment. So I showed up at 8 AM on Saturday morning it was in the door by 8:10. The staff was extremely friendly especially the gentleman at the front he was courteous to every single patient and extremely thorough. Everyone was treated as a valued customer. The process was easy the facilities were clean and the staff in the back was just as extraordinary as The gentleman manning the front. Thank you Quest for a wonderful experience keep up the good work. In uncertain times it's nice to know that we can count on you. Thank you read more

This place is so unprofessional! They asked me questions about my medical history in the waiting room in front of everyone!!!!! They sat me outside because my child is medically exempt from wearing a mask. Judy was our phlebotomist & honestly this place does not deserve her. She was a blessing read more

Doctor sent us here and I have never met ruder and insulting medical professionals in my life. Found the staff to be both competent and personable. Made an appointment, things went smoothly.

This place is awesome. They're always quick and efficient. I've never had a bad drawn, and I've had countless over the years. The staff is friendly. Depending on the time you go, there will be a wait, but once your in the back office you'll be done in no read more

I needed some blood work done and was unable to schedule an appt.. I went in today at 6:45 am expecting to wait a long time, especially after seeing 7 other people in the waiting room.
