Unlike many doctors he listens and doesn't act stuck up like many. He asked me what I thought of his suggestions about my knee I was having issues with. His bedside manor is top notch and he took his time. I never felt rushed. I was so pleasantly surprised. Thank you for giving me hope in doctors after having bad experiences with many. I don't have good or bad things to say about front staff as my interaction was minimal, but everyone was nice in the brief interactions I had.

This location is very well organized. I always make an appointment and I never have to wait when I go there. I was there today and my phlebotomist's name is Courtney Q. She was absolutely fantastic. I liked that she was personable, professional, and very skilled. She made the experience completely enjoyable.

The employee was informative with the quality of care while getting vials of blood removed. Asked me which arm I wanted to use. Told me the band would make my arm tight. After waiting for nearly an hour and a half, I knocked on the door after fasting and it was close to 10:30 am. I explained I was going into adrenal crisis and am dependent upon my medicine to stay alive or my organs shut down. It's fatal. So, I said I could leave and go somewhere else, was reassured I only had two ahead of me and dropped again to bottom of list with 10 ahead of me, quickly having a medical emergency. I'm definitely paying for it today medically. Maybe just assess the situation better or understand the bigger picture or just say make an appt or don't come at all. We don't know what we don't know. I could have died waiting and I'm a stranger so no one would have known what adrenal insufficiency means or to have given me my emergency shot. 5 kids without a mom and a widowed husband. I never get back to my mountains and die among strangers in a state that isn't mine that I'm just visiting.

Told her I had a cough. She barely examined me. Listened to my lungs through my shirt & sweatshirt. Told her I was coughing up green & my eyes hurt. She said I must have a virus. She did test me for the flu & covid (both negative) . Not a very good experience this trip. Went to another urgent care, next day because my eyes hurt more, on 4/5/26. The doctor examined me, listened to my lungs, under my shirt, & looked into my eyes. Only to tell me I have a sinus infection, bronchitis & pink eye. She prescribed antibiotic, steroid & drops for my, now, extreme pink eye.
