The manager/owner was knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to review my orders, prevent duplicate testing between providers, and ensure the most affordable self-pay pricing. As someone who is notoriously a difficult blood draw, I was especially impressed that the technician successfully drew my blood on the first attempt--something that almost never happens. She missed on the first try, and I had to be poked again in the other arm. Not only did I leave feeling lightheaded and sick, but I also left with two bruised arms and a lingering sense of frustration.
