The office and restroom were very clean; while the sink is located outside the restroom, it was a minor detail given the short visit. The manager/owner was knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to review my orders, prevent duplicate testing between providers, and ensure the most affordable self-pay pricing. As someone who is notoriously a difficult blood draw, I was especially impressed that the technician successfully drew my blood on the first attempt--something that almost never happens.
