This location, conveniently situated between The Breakfast Company and Geckos on State Road 70, provided an excellent experience. I arrived right at opening on a Friday morning for blood work and was immediately greeted by a welcoming, friendly, and accommodating staff member who kindly helped despite me forgetting my physical orders and only having photos. The office and restroom were very clean; while the sink is located outside the restroom, it was a minor detail given the short visit. The manager/owner was knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to review my orders, prevent duplicate testing between providers, and ensure the most affordable self-pay pricing. As someone who is notoriously a difficult blood draw, I was especially impressed that the technician successfully drew my blood on the first attempt--something that almost never happens. Rude, belligerent and unprofessional staff that must be frustrated security guards because they treat you like you're a criminal. Dusty, cluttered waiting area filled with random craft items for sale. The bathroom was filthy with sticky yellow residue on floor around toilet. Staff does not appear to understand procedures for preemployment drug testing. Not a place where a woman would feel safe or anyone actually should have any confidence. read more

My doctor sent me here. I walked right in, and I'm usually a difficult patient. Quest usually sticks me a few times, and even asked me to come back another time, since they couldn't get my vein. This phlebotomist got it on the first try. Quick and painless. read more

I do the annual physicals and blood draws. I have been going here for four years. My veins are shard to find and I have always found the technicians to be troubled finding my veins . Luis, at this location, has always just felt my arm and then gone directly in and directly to the vein. No fishing around with a needle. I don't go anywhere else for blood draws. Today Luis told me that he used to draw blood at Reikers island and at Sloans Kettering. Two very difficult environments. Reikers, where probably 80% of the people are maybe insane and Sloans Kettering where people have no veins left after their terrible cancer experience. Luis is great. Note: I'm not sure of the spelling of Luis, Reikers or Sloans. But it's not because I'm not sincere. read more

Walked in & noticed 2 things right away. In a medical facility where many might be immune compromised, there was a sticking absences of masks. And one side wall proudly displayed a Let's Go Brandon banner. It was clear this business valued political statements more than the health of their clients. By far the best place to get bloodwork done! I have to go in regularly to get blood work done and they are by far the best I've ever had. They have great customer service, and your in and out in no time at all. Also I struggle to get bloodwork done easily, and he is the most painless I've ever had it done every time. 10/10 would definitely recommend. read more

I paid for a full thyroid panel but only got partial result. Have sent several emails and left several messages on their phone but they don't reply. This is a classic case of either bait and switch or misleading advertising. Stay away from this place! read more

4th time using Any Lab Test Now! Nobody likes to have blood drawn. This has been the best possible experience. I'm always taken before I have a chance to sit. Each time ls painless. They are very good with "self pays". Highly recommend!! read more

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! Went in on an early morning because I was fasting, they had no electricity the power had gone out but they opened the back door and the front door and the phlebotomist said he could see OK to take my labs I said all right fine I'll let you do it Luis was his name he did a very good job of taking my labs the gentleman in the front said that he had no way for me to pay at the moment so he would call me he would also send my results to the doctors office and to my email it's been 8 days I haven't heard anything about payment I haven't heard anything about my labs I have called and left messages I am dealing with their customer care right now to check into this if I were you I would stay clear I don't know what happened to my blood work hopefully they had a generator on the refrigerator to keep it cool until pick up. I hope I find out soon as my Doctor is checking to see if I am a diabetic among other things read more
