I'll start by saying they have valet parking when you come to this hospital for regular visit or for ER visit I had to go to the ER Thought I was having a heart attack or stroke. They got me immediately back ran a ton of test for two days kept me for observation overnight. It was a complete team approach and I was very very very impressed. The other time that I was at this hospital was recently when my friends daughter gave birth. The entire process the entire team did a fantastic job. Communication was amazing. Their procedures and policies were very modern and up-to-date. After the birth and in the room, the baby never left the room or the mother side or should I say site they had a lot of educational resources and made sure that the Mom understood many things about being a mother what to do in the early days, taking care of a baby. There was a lot of education a lot of communication and a real desire to help the mom take care of the baby the way, the mom wanted to have things done. They were very respectful and very attentive. I could go on and on and on, but after having experience in other hospitals, I can't say this is absolutely the best hospital I've ever been in a reserved service from.

The ER has a lot of regulations that don't really make sense - for example they have to push you in a wheel chair even if you are able to walk! I wasn't a big fan on that. It did take a bit of time for a Dr to read the results of the scan and follow up, but I was provided with some sandwiches and a nurse checked in on me. The level of care was fairly quick and professional and I had full confidence in the medical team. I was impressed. They took a copay and have not heard anything more about billing (yet).

He was unwelcoming and curt in his response(s) to every patient who was being registered. The ordering Physician did not get lab results for 10 days after the blood was drawn. There was also no hand sanitizer, at least that I saw. You gonna make me touch stuff that sick people might have touched, help me stay healthy.

When I called and talked to the supervisor (Harold) he sad they did not actually loose it yet they told her doctor they had. So the lying, incompetence and stupidity are running rampant. Lets hope your life and lifestyle are not at risk as my wife's now is as she can't have surgery until this is completed and has been on bed rest for a month and now who knows when they will get this done. Being a veteran with 22 years service this is unacceptable.

I was surprised when I arrived at the the lab at 6:50am and the waiting room was full with about 20…read morepeople. I checked in at the self service kiosk, which was quick and easy. My appointment was at 6:50 and that's when I arrived. I was worried that I was going to have a long wait after seeing the full waiting room. My name was called within a minute or two of sitting down. The technician was quick and efficient. I was on my way back home within 15 minutes of arriving. I definitely recommend you make an appointment and you'll get great quick service.
