I'll start by saying they have valet parking when you come to this hospital for regular visit or for ER visit I had to go to the ER Thought I was having a heart attack or stroke. They got me immediately back ran a ton of test for two days kept me for observation overnight. It was a complete team approach and I was very very very impressed. The other time that I was at this hospital was recently when my friends daughter gave birth. The entire process the entire team did a fantastic job. Communication was amazing. Their procedures and policies were very modern and up-to-date. After the birth and in the room, the baby never left the room or the mother side or should I say site they had a lot of educational resources and made sure that the Mom understood many things about being a mother what to do in the early days, taking care of a baby. There was a lot of education a lot of communication and a real desire to help the mom take care of the baby the way, the mom wanted to have things done. They were very respectful and very attentive. I could go on and on and on, but after having experience in other hospitals, I can't say this is absolutely the best hospital I've ever been in a reserved service from.

As she was taking my blood there must have been something in her mouth and she went after it with her gloved hand.. she rubbed the back of her hand on her tongue and then turned her head and like tongue spit off to the side! I was so disgusted.. then she told me i needed a urine sample and i told her I didn't need to go.. i had nothing to drink. She kept telling me to try to pee, go pee, I need pee! i went and when i came out there were people in there and i asked her where to put it and she said on the table. i never got my urine results so she must have thrown it out! 8 days later i still never had my results and i've always gotten them the next day! i went to see her and she told me there is nothing she can do. I called 3 days after my labs and the woman said the fixture ordered special labs and they are taking longer! Well that was a crock of shit! i chatted and they said there was an address issue.. the report had my new address and the lab had my old one so they wouldn't release my labs.. more absurdity! she never look at my order to change my address!! i went to a free standing Labcorp in Myrtle 2 times a year for 3 years and it was a great place! I will never step into that lab again with that disgusting incompetent woman! My husband went to the free standing labcorp on 2900 Bee Ridge and said it's a great place!!

This place is absolute trash. I was referred to them by my urologist for a surgery I need. When I…read moreshowed up to my 1:00 appointment the door was locked. Fifteen minutes later they showed up with their doggy bags from lunch in hand. I asked the receptionist how much the visit was going to cost because I was paying out of pocket. She said she didn't know. When I left I was ready to pay but she told me they don't charge for a consultation. Four months later I got a bill for $1347. I called the billing department which is actually just a foreign call center. This is a huge red flag to me. The 2nd red flag is that option 1 from the automated message at the billing department says "If you are a lawyer press 2" which tells me that lawyers are calling them so often they have a special option for them. For a whole week, I was stressed about this $1347 bill and no one returned my calls from the Dr.'s office. When I finally got through to them they told me someone had contacted me "I have the email right here that says so." Well, they don't exactly have a stellar track record for passing on accurate information. No one ever contacted me. The bottom line is this place is a clown show. I wouldn't trust them to pull a hangnail from my finger let alone do surgery on me.
