This place is absolute trash. I was referred to them by my urologist for a surgery I need. When I showed up to my 1:00 appointment the door was locked. Fifteen minutes later they showed up with their doggy bags from lunch in hand. I asked the receptionist how much the visit was going to cost because I was paying out of pocket. She said she didn't know. When I left I was ready to pay but she told me they don't charge for a consultation. Four months later I got a bill for $1347. I called the billing department which is actually just a foreign call center. This is a huge red flag to me. The 2nd red flag is that option 1 from the automated message at the billing department says "If you are a lawyer press 2" which tells me that lawyers are calling them so often they have a special option for them.
For a whole week, I was stressed about this $1347 bill and no one returned my calls from the Dr.'s office. When I finally got through to them they told me someone had contacted me "I have the email right here that says so." Well, they don't exactly have a stellar track record for passing on accurate information. No one ever contacted me. The bottom line is this place is a clown show. I wouldn't trust them to pull a hangnail from my finger let alone do surgery on me. read more
