I love this lab. You can schedule an appt online and show up and be seen within 10 minutes. The techs have always been good for me -- find a vein, no pain with needles and zero bruising. Nice folks overall, but really, all I'm looking for is to get in and get out. read more

This is regarding Quest as a company. They denied me services which is illegal. Don't let them pull this bs on you. Here is their own rule: When Quest Cannot Legally Deny Services These situations are not allowed: 1. They are in‑network and the test is covered If Quest is in‑network for your plan and the test is a covered benefit, they cannot refuse service solely because: - they "don't like" the insurance - they think the reimbursement is too low - they previously had billing issues In‑network providers must follow the contract terms. Quest's own corporate policy emphasizes that in‑network status obligates them to provide covered services. Meanwhile - we all know uninsureds are getting treatment everywhere for anything, while our insurance is paying for their care - I got denied right here in LWR. read more

Disgusting, I had to take a urine sample so I used the bathroom, someone shit all over the bathroom, the wall and floor and toilet. You can tell they tried to clean it up but all the did was smear it so there was poop smeared everywhere and there was poop on the toilet paper so I couldn't even wipe. There was no hand soap. I feel absolutely disgusting after leaving this place. read more

Ellenton quest has the most unprofessional staff. Good luck getting any help online! They are all Ai and you will wait forever to speak with a live person. RUN to another lab! I went to another office and my experience was day and night. Clean vs Dirty Ellenton lab, courteous smiling staff vs Ellenton nasty, lying, unprofessional staff. GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN! Mar 23...We sent our home help person to drop off a sputum sample the other day. I warned her it would be an unfortunate adventure and it was. She couldn't drop it off because there was no employee in the lobby. She had to check in and waste some time. At least she was able to check in as a medical professional and was shown a bare modicum of deference. She only waited about a half hour instead of the TWO HOURS a woman told her she had been waiting. On the way out she stopped to help a poor old dear figure out how to use the kiosk to check in because there were no employees in the lobby and she's a nice person. They were all chatting loudly in the back. Anything but work in this place and you're probably better for it because they seem awful careless. I'm not sure I even trust the results they come up with. honestly I should've listen to the yelp reviews before I went here you would think after drawing blood all day every day you wouldn't pop two of my veins. I mean my one vein is the size of a ping-pong ball and I can't move it. She only took one tube. I've had my blood drawn plenty of times at least seven times a year and I've never had this kind of experience before. She had a nerve in the one arm I'm gonna go get it checked out for nerve damage, so hopefully there's none of that. Not to mention waiting an hour and a half past my appointment. I'm pregnant and I'm already dealing with a ton of other issues in here is just another one added to it when I thought that I was going to have a quick and easy draw. Now I know to never come back to a quest. I'm young and I have a good veins. She even said it herself so I don't understand why it was so hard. read more

I don't know why there is so much negative about this place but I used to be a phlebotomist and this place was run so smoothly and everyone was so nice especially ladies name ISO She help me fill out forms and was so kind. I am a hard stick and she found my vein with no problem. I was actually hesitant about coming to this location because of all the negativity that was posted on this site. Please this Location is a good clean professional location to have your blood drawn or any other lab works. read more

This was the most unfriendly place I have ever used in a medical field. No greeting brisk abrupt questions on arrival. No greeting or conversation during the whole testing. No good byes no smiles Openly rude. Not one person working there had a nice way towards myself or anybody else. I will hope to never go there again. If you have a chose choose elsewhere. read more

Took my elderly sister in law there for blood work. She is recovering from heart failure. The staff at this location was exceptionally rude to everyone in the waiting area. They fussed at patients, huffed when they had to pull paper work, never greeted anyone, never smiled and acted like they hated the world. We won't be going back. read more

Before the Pandemic I found this place to be patient friendly with easy sign in kiosk and a smooth experience. I had my primary Phys. to fax a script for the covid19 antibody test. I showed up the next day 5/21/20 only to find that they were no longer taking walk-in patients despite there website advertising they do. They scheduled me an appointment for a week later on May 27th. and gave me a printout for confirmation. I showed up and they started to test me for another condition that my Urologist had also faxed them a script for. I alerted them to the fact I was there for the antibody test and they couldn't find the fax from my Primary. They gave me a card and told me to have my Dr. Fax them the script. I notified my Primary to the situation and they told me they would be happy to re-fax.The next day I showed up at 12:55 pm for a 1:pm appt, There was no one at the sign in desk until 1:20 pm. I registered and name was added to board. At 1:40pm I was called back to room. I got the same tech with the exact same result as the day before. They again couldn't locate fax from my primary. My primary had phoned me at 8:30 am that morning to let me know that they had just sent another fax. to this location. Once again tech gave me a card and repeated her instructions from the day before. God forbid that they would actually contact my Dr. to confirm Fax. This place is full of chaos & confusion. Many upset and angry patients. Employees who didn't see their name on schedule and only assuming they had been released yet heard nothing from mangt. This place is in complete disarray currently and I asked my primary to send fax to another lab. read more
