Of course, NONE of the gazillion procedures they made me "try" which NONE helped me find any relieve The absolute WORST Pain Management in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. They are opening a gazillion offices and getting rich off us hurting the most. They are only interested in bilking your insurance company as much as they can!! I'm serious as a heart attack about that statement!! They are 100% uninterested in anything about your pain except to create a YUGE list of tests they can THINK OF to keep charging your insurance. This is exactly why our healthcare is off the charts in costs. The very first words out of the receptionists mouth was you have GREAT INSURANCE!! I found that a little bit odd but it explained everything I learned about them after that. I never even met with a Dr and only dealt with one of their nurses all the months I TRIED to get the help I needed. A nurse I'll call Nurse Rachet (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest) was the only one (so called "professional") one I ever dealt with all the months I was supposedly getting help from. I honestly needed a Therapist after being tortured by this so called nurse. I just needed some relief from the excruciating pain I was dealing with for YEARS. At that time, I only had a full knee replaced at age 38 and a broken back from a waterskiing accident when I was 24 but lived with pain for 25 years before learning I had 2 vertebrae out of place. Finally had that surgery 6 months before turning 50!! I was BLESSED with the best spine surgeon EVAH, Dr Ryan Glasser, who is a neurosurgeon to boot. Dr Glasser was my MIRACLE. He performed surgery for my carpal tunnel after the spine surgery involving 6 screws, 2 rods & 2 fusions on my lumbar area. L4, L5 & S1. I could write a book on the CONS listing WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER USE THIS EVIL PLACE. read more

Visiting the Horrible State of Florida via boat. I hurt my back somehow on the trip down from Philadelphia Pennsylvania to Bradenton FL where we are visiting family for a couple months. Since Dec 2022 I have visited a Great Urgent Care Center, a fair to poor Trama Hospital and specialist that are not worth the paper their degrees are printed on! My wife and I call dozens of practices to try and get some pain relief from injections or surgery, thus we ended up calling RAMOS in Bradenton. They called me back today and was grilled on my personal information, health care insurance info and then started to ask important questions about my condition. 1st was this pain from an accident or injury. One of those questions were the provider bilks the insurance but I answered NO. Question 2 - Do I have a valid Florida Driver's license Identification, I answered honestly and said , God Forbid NO! She informed me that since I didn't, they would not be able to prescribe medication for pain since I was not a resident of Florida. I said I'm proud not to be a resident of Florida because since the 3rd of December of 2022 the health care in God's Waiting Room has been POOR to AWFUL at best. I asked that my information she took be removed from their system and destroyed since I was not using this practice. I also informed the employee that the info she stated to me about medication was wrong, since I have already got meds from the Hospital and other doctors practices I have been to since December. So on a scale of 1 to 10, RAMOS is a 0, that ZERO! If you're visiting this Craphole of a state where the elderly outweighs the young population by 3 to 1, STAY CLEAR OF THIS PRACTICE! I will be calling to insure my info is destroyed and I will fly back to the Great State of Pennsylvania to get my back issues taken care of. read more

My experience with Ramos Clinic in Venice, FL, was nothing short of a nightmare. As a Canadian seeking treatment for chronic back issues, I stumbled upon Ramos Medical online and decided to give it a try. Despite explicitly requesting a consultation with a doctor and a written report, I was only examined by a nurse during my visit on March 6, 2023. This was the first red flag. Having paid around $300 out of pocket, I expected prompt service. However, it took over two weeks of relentless phone calls before receiving any update. Finally, on April 10, 2023, I received a letter stating that the procedure I needed wasn't suitable. This delay and lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and helpless. To add insult to injury, nearly a year later, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $127 on my account dated April 17, 2023, supposedly for a visit I never made. When I contacted the clinic's credit department, I encountered nothing but resistance and a refusal to provide logical explanations. Despite my insistence that I never visited the clinic on the specified date, they were adamant about payment. It was an infuriating and unfair situation that left me deeply disillusioned. In conclusion, my experience with Ramos Clinic in Venice, FL, was a complete disaster. From the initial miscommunication and delayed response to the unethical billing practices, every aspect of my interaction with this clinic was riddled with frustration and disappointment. Would give a negative number if I could Absolutely the worst place for pain management. Dr Tandatnick is a joke ! Doesn't he know Florida law about prescribing meds? He prescribed me a 30 days supply to "bridge" my relief until I return to Florida (knowing | was leaving for a month) in Florida you are only allowed a week's supply of what he prescribed then you have to come back to get the other 3 weeks worth of medication. I had to leave 3 days after getting the prescription and won't be back for 3 weeks. I used them sparingly, they lasted 2 weeks. After making several attempts to call them which in itself is a nightmare trying to get through or a call back, I am being told he won't prescribe what he already has because I'm out of area. I have made 1 trip so far to the ER and will be heading back later today. The pain is unbearable so don't listen to the message when calling in They don't care about your health, pain, or you! When the people you work for are wanting to call an ambulance to take you to ER and your pain management Dr says he can't do anything until you get to the area it's a joke. I did everything they asked X-rays, MRI, and CAT scan. Each place could see the pain I'm in and said have your Dr send in a prescription. Again, this place is a joke! Go anywhere but here. read more

Dr. Ramos has no interest in anything other than making money. He treats his patients like cattle - everyone is the same & everyone gets the same treatment plan - steroid injections under sedation or numbing the nerve endings by injection (and under sedation). There is no follow up communication with Dr. Ramos EVER. Expect to see him ONCE w/ a ton of staff on your initial visit & then you get passed off to a random PA with no explanation. The only time you'll see this doctor is if you get a procedure done and even then he doesn't even come in until just as you're getting sedated and he's gone by the time you are awake. This place is a disgrace and an insult to sufferers of chronic pain. Dr. Ramos is arrogant, rude, incompassionate, & cold. Terrible place, terrible doctor. read more

I severe back pain, that has moved into my left leg, knee & ankle. Dr Ramos and his tag have been so wonderful at getting me scheduled in a timely manner and making me feel so comfortable going to a new clinic. I have been in the office a couple of times now and every time the entire staff has been so welcoming. I am very confident they will get me relief from my pain. I responded well to the epidural steriod injection. Unfortunately, due to the harsh conditions I put my body through, the relief was temporary. I am moving forward with nerve blocks and if this procedure proves successful, they will do the final procedure of an ablation to deaden the nerves. This procedure proved successful for my sciatic pain. read more

I had an outstanding experience at Ramos Center for Pain Management. The entire staff is professional, attentive, and truly caring--from the receptionists to the nurses, medical assistants, and RNs. Dr. Ramos is a fantastic physician--kind, thoughtful, and highly skilled. He listened carefully to my concerns and provided compassionate, professional care. After suffering for many years with lower back pain, I had two outpatient procedures that significantly improved my quality of life. I am incredibly grateful for the results. I fell down my apartment stairs and injured my back. I am not one to take pain meds but my pain was excruciating. I went to see Dr.Ramos and he suggested that I get two series of injections for my pain. My first visit was in Sarasota. Beautiful office and accommodating staff. The kindness and caring nature of the procedure staff made me feel at ease. It has now been 4 days after my first set of injections and my pain is down to a 2. I can't wait for the next set to be pain free. If you are one who does not care much for medications at the Ramos Center they have a variety of options to treat your pain. PAIN FREE!! read more

Ramos Center has been great! I have been going since 2024. The kind, understand care has relieved my pain and allow me to avoid back surgery. I do recommend their care. Multiple pain issues from head to toe due to arthritis mainly. Each issue has been treated with respect. They listen. Do not rush nor dismiss. They explain well the issues and proposed treatment. Yeah, I live in Venice. My appointment was up in Manatee County. There's only one I could get right away. They told me they would fill a trip for me for seven days unfortunately it was not for the medication as it was described to me as it had been for the last 30 or more days the trip is for something that I would have to pay for my insurance did not cover $521. I tried calling at 3:30. The officers were closed for the holiday Friday the third. I didn't know 3 July was a holiday apparently so for me. read more

Have been going to Ramos Center for over 2 years. Very happy with the treatment I have received. Danny Delgado is fabulous! He really listens to what I have to say, and allows me to have a say in my treatment. Have had injections twice with limited success, but it was a quick and painless process. Wait time is a little long, but bring a book along, and you'll be fine. Most of the staff is polite. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family. read more

Dr, Shroyer is a gem. I haven't had a procedure with her yet but the confidence she exudes leaves me me with the confidence that everything will go very well. In addition to her confidence she really listens and answers any question you throw at her. Her assistant also gave me the feeling of confidence.
