I was treated like an addict. The staff were all lovely, but I am very disappointed with the doctor. He ordered an MRI, which I'm waiting to have scheduled. I've never had withdrawals, but I'm terrified. He walked out whole I was talking to him. I am hoping this gets addressed quickly. They said that they verify your insurance benefits and contact you within 24-48 hours prior to your visit. This never happened in my case. As I stated in my first review, they never even asked me for my insurance card... only telling me when I got there that they didn't need to even see my insurance card! I have no reason to make this up, as I am now out of quite a bit of money because of the negligence and unprofessional front desk personnel. If they do, in fact, have qualified office staff to verify insurance for patients, they aren't doing their job very well, or in my case, at all.
