I paid for three visits in a row and on my last visit they're arguing with me telling me I only paid them $50 when the girl who rang me up was sitting right there. I was there and sure enough she pulls my receipt $150.. Now for the care. I come from Colorado and they're the chiropractors really take care of their patients in terms of doing what's needed to give them relief. Here they're very limited. I have a herniated disc L5 S1 so I need a flexion distention table and a chiropractor willing to get in there and do manual manipulation. Number one this place doesn't have that table number two. They don't do manual manipulation like that. They only do the cracking adjustments so if you were looking for quality care above and beyond, just the cracking adjustments, don't come here they will nickel and dime you have to pay extra for a traction table, acupuncture, and massage. And not 10 or $15 like $50-$70. So if you're looking for a place that puts patience care and quality of care above the dollar bill don't come here. I do have to say that Leah Moss the chiropractor there is so sweet and so nice and I feel like she really tries and she wants to help but that facility really just doesn't give her the tools to go above and beyond for her patients. Because of the lack of tools in willingness to go above and beyond for their patients, I will not be coming back here. But I do want make a point if Leah was working at another facility that did give her those tools where she can truly care for her patients and give them the quality service. They deserve, I would absolutely go see her.

Based on those assurances, I proceeded with care. Over time, it became clear that my condition was not well understood. Treatment recommendations were repeatedly inappropriate for my limitations, and weeks into care Dr. Durham acknowledged that she would need to research how to treat my condition. Reasonable accommodations required under the ADA were not consistently provided, despite repeated disclosure and requests, and concerns about communication and safety were minimized rather than addressed. I later submitted a formal written complaint outlining these issues and never received a response from the practice. I do want to note that the front desk staff were consistently kind and professional. Unfortunately, my overall experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope this feedback leads to improved ADA compliance and patient care.

I told her my pads were no longer on and she told me she could see that they were so I sat on the table for 10 minutes with half of the treatment.... Ashley on the other hand is AMAZING! I have to bring my kid with me most times and she does a great job not only making sure that my treatment is correct and ensuring I am getting relief but also makes sure that while I am getting treatment, my son is occupied.
