She was very patient with Dad who is not feeling well & needed to take a rest between initialing each page. In my personal opinion, you do not want relatives witnessing a document as later down the road there maybe controversy. Postnet is screwing the customer! USPS should sanction Postnet! Further, in the past a few times I tried them for a Fedex shipment. They post that they provide Fedex services. Again, here, they do not provide me with Fedex boxes, but a true Fedex office does. And they charge more for a shipment than a true Fedex office does. Screwing the customer. You guys are the greatest-it's not alway been that way here, but they did a great job of getting rid of the old, and bringing in RIGHT, CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES! Especially like to thank Blanca, who, when I brought in my "daily" Amazon return, she advised me I had checked Whole Foods (owned by Amazon) as my return point. She asked if I had my phone, took it and cancelled my return to Whole, and re-did it to her store. SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT-it's just how she's wired-she enjoyed doing it!!! No one offered a place for me to put the boxes down and I am not a strong woman. Finally I went to put my three boxes on the counter. But because my arms were so weak from holding them so long, I couldn't pull the boxes high enough to reach the counter. They hit the side of the counter and I fell onto the ground, along with all my boxes. The manager just walked away. They hardly spoke to me or acknowledged me while they rang up my items. No apologies and it all could have been avoided if someone had just acknowledged me and showed me where I could put down my boxes. I'm still shaking while I write this review in the parking lot.
