There isn't any real designated parking--you basically pull up in front like a "drive-thru," hop out, and run in. One funny thing: every time I walk in, they say, "Thank you for using the Kiosk," whether I actually used it or not. It's become kind of a running joke in my mind at this point. That said, the staff is consistently helpful and genuinely nice. Whether I bring in an Amazon return or something completely unrelated, the guys working there always take care of it quickly and without any hassle. They're efficient, friendly, and make the whole process easy.

I ship from this location and receive packages almost every day, and unfortunately, he has never been particularly friendly. Today, I brought in about 10 packages over four or five trips and placed them off to the side before getting in line. I briefly stepped over to hand my phone to my wife at the Amazon return area, then waited beside my large pile of packages. While I was waiting, another customer who wanted help packing a jersey cut in front of me. The employee looked right at me and helped that customer instead. When I spoke up and explained that the customer had cut in front of me and that I had been waiting for a while, the employee laughed and told me I "should have been in line." I understand that the store can get busy, but I waited my turn like everyone else and did not deserve to be laughed at or talked down to. Since no one seemed to care about the situation, I decided to cancel my box.

They explained the steps and I would periodically for the last ten years use this store. They have always been helpful and accommodating, even two months ago when I needed shipping peanuts, they made it affordable for purchase. Last week, my service use of the store is no longer welcome. I dropped in to pick up my usual financial shipment, which occurs as often as once a year, or every fourteen months. I was told by the new manager that "such a shipment will be refused from now on". I did not realize that FedEx without a specific membership account was now required. I wasn't given the option to start such an account; I was firmly told to never use their store service again. I felt accused of some nefarious action. I will find a new store, since its clear my business isn't desired.

We'd bring in packages carefully weighed on two different home scales and he'd always insist they weighed more, then charge us extra. Even if the package was an Amazon return, in the same packaging as received, with an Amazon generated label, he'd insist it weighed more and try to charge us extra! The store opens at 8 am, which means he arrives at 8 and starts turning on lights and machines. Effectively, he begins business at 10 past, no help if you've got to get to work on time and that 10 minutes makes a difference. Never mind that he seems to consider it a real chore to serve customers, or that there's no effort made when there's a long line to say "If you're just dropping off you can leave it on the counter". The whole place is annoyingly unprofessional when he's behind the counter. Strongly suggest drop-offs at your local pharmacy instead. Or, if you need an actual UPS store, choosing a different one.

I told him I needed some printing and a notary. He handed me a business card to email the documents to and he said as soon as they're sent he will help print them off. Once printed he waved to a notary and she came over and helped me through that process. 7 pages of printing and a notary on one was $13 and change - the convenience and speed it was done made it a value in my book.

Watch out for Connie. She will charge you even when she should not be. She is very manipulative and conniving. Look somewhere else before using this UPS! As you can see very argumentative facility. The instructions stated place in original packaging which was done. This place is deranged, and treat everyone with this aggressive and manipulative behavior. I spoke with Amazon, and they stated item needed to be placed in the original packaging (the box it came in) and not packaged. That the information provided by UPS was wrong and misinformed. read more

But because my arms were so weak from holding them so long, I couldn't pull the boxes high enough to reach the counter. They hit the side of the counter and I fell onto the ground, along with all my boxes. The manager just walked away. They hardly spoke to me or acknowledged me while they rang up my items. No apologies and it all could have been avoided if someone had just acknowledged me and showed me where I could put down my boxes. I'm still shaking while I write this review in the parking lot.

It was a figure of Christ on the cross with very DELICATE outstretched arms=nightmares and tremendous trepidation over this shipment and receiving broken arms. Chuck at PakMail did an absolutely MASTERFUL job of packing this incredible fragile item by creating a CUSTOM TRIPLE foam cradle for it to ride in. Unbelievable TREMENDOUS care was taken to get this to me safe and sound. If I had to ship anything PRECIOUS across the world I would hire this Pak Mail to do it-WONDERFUL ALL THE WAY!!
