Helpful and polite even when they have dozens of customers probably in a hurry not being the kindest to staff. Lately I've seen Heidi a couple times who's always nice and today on 4.8.26 I came in to a line of about 5-6 people, the return kiosk "jammed" (it was just out of paper to print labels) and Heidi not only provided efficient service to customers (along with the other two gentlemen working), but her positive attitude seemed to ensure that every customer left with a smile on their face. She engaged with customers, made jokes to lighten the mood, all while providing such terrific service. She absolutely went above and beyond to make what some might feel like a frustrating experience (waiting to get an errand done), a happy and enjoyable one! Thank you Heidi for being a ray of sunshine!

You scan your label and drop it in the box and get a confirmation receipt. The staff is somewhat friendly/knowledgeable. The parking is almost always packed and you're lucky if you get a parking stall as this shopping center is normally busy during the day.

I even asked who owns this store. This lady at the front is rude! Not friendly at all. No one is in the store when I arrive. She takes her time coming from the back. I am asking questions, she is abrupt, frowning and unhappy. The more questions I asked the worse she gets. Never again will I come here! RUDE! You are better off taking a drive to a real shipping store. You will always get a how may I help you. As I decided to no longer ship with them, she proceeded to want to argue as I left the store. I am good. No Thanks. I will continue on to my nice Monday morning. Taking my money elsewhere. BEWARE! Then you send me a private message and your behavior is worse than your, "Manager." I guess now I see why she was so comfortable acting the way she did. Or maybe you are both the same person. I do not know. Nor do I care. On with my day. My choice to not patronize your business. Was going to be charged $60. Went to Fedex and paid $16, for next day and signature. Smh! Highway robbery!
