I have been using this store for 7 years. We use them for the professional print, overnight rush print, larger print (biggest than 11x 17 paper), poster print. My company has an account with them and it is easy to use. Sometime we have Orlando branch office email the marketing material to Pro Copy and we can pick up the print at next day. The nice thing about this store is they open 24 hours. I can go there at midnight to get my print done. USF student can have special 10% discount when they present the photo ID. I also learn that they promote the "green" printing. I have good experience there. The staff is very friendly. They always deliver on schedule. They have nice color printing and edge cutting. The only thing I would said is they printing cost is in the high side of many copy center. But if you like professional treatment, this is the place. read more

I was in here at 7 pm and there were 6 employer and and 2 customers no one was helping me they were all in the back. No one addressed me at the counter. No "how are doing ?" nothing. I come here adleast a few times a month. But never have I witness the lack of customer service. I felt ripped by that. The employee that was helping me printed my items wrong 3 times. I'm not sure if he was new but boy I didnt intend on being in there for 45 minutes for 18 sheets of paper. read more

Pro copy is a great printer store. It's even better because it's 24/7. It's definitely saved me a lot when I was in a bind. The staff are always so nice and helpful. If you go on Fridays or "college Friday's" you can print in black and white for 5 cents. Oh and if you have a student id you can get 10% off your order. It's a really great deal. The only problem I have with them is the prices are never consistent. Every year I've always had to do poster presentations and when ever I call there I'm always quoted a different price, or when I ask for it to be done on a different paper, some people say they can do it and some people will say other wise. They are definitely a little pricier when it comes to poster print outs as well. However, It is great quality because it's printed on much thicker paper. read more

I went to makes some copies but need material off my email. I was having trouble with the computer at the pro print when a lady named Mary asked if I needed help when I replied "yes" she began to ask what kind of help is it that I needed. I simply stated again that I was not sure if I was working the computer correctly because I could not retrieve my material to print. Mary was super rude had an attitude and was very unprofessional. After rolling her eyes and saying "well what do you want me to do about it" I simply said you are no help nevermind and thank you. I was so disappointed with my service here. I ordered 50 copies of a 6 page (3 pages front and back) black and white booklet with staple binding on regular copy paper. The total came to $42 and change - including tax. It was being printed from an original hard copy that I drew. They took my orginal order at night and then told me to call back the next day for pricing. When I did, I was told they couldn't locate it. Then, when they called me back to tell me they'd found it, they told me that I needed to come back to look at a proof. This place is way out of my way, and I didn't want to look at a proof. I told them that, and they replied with a really snotty diatribe about how that's just how it is done. I resented them making me feel stupid for not knowing their business practices. It's their business - they should inform the customer of all of this stuff up front. They told me they'd call me when a proof was ready. The next person I talked to on the phone was nice and told me that my proof was ready. When I came to look at it, though, it once again couldn't be found. When they finally located it, I was told they did me a huge favor because it was marked to be done this weekend, not on a weeknight. I told them I didn't really care about the timeframe, but I wanted to know when it would be done because their business was really far from my home. They told me the next night and to call them to see if it was done. I was told I had to prepay for my order, which I did. When I called them next day - AS INSTRUCTED - I was told it wasn't done, to stop calling, and that they'd call me when it was done. Now . . . all of this I could ignore, but when I went to pick up my order (which they called at 7am the next day to tell me was done) there was more trouble. They couldn't find it - again. When they located it, the original was not with it. I was told they tossed it. They tossed my orgininal artwork. I was told this is standard practice and it was my fault for not submitting a scanned copy - WHICH I WAS NEVER TOLD TO DO. It ws shrink wrapped - the "50" booklets. I tried counting them in the shrink wrap, but couldn't. I was told, "Don't worry - they're all there." Um, NOPE! 44. They basically stole from me the money I paid them to print 6 more booklets - a little more than 10% of the order. So, now I don't have what I needed, I feel stupid for ever going here (only did because they did some work for my friend a long time ago and he was pleased), and I feel sore about their dismissive treatment. Inconsistent. I have been in this cold open place for the 5th time and had 2 sheets faxed to the same number , they always charged me for an 800 number that is $1.00 per page today they tell me it does not come not as a 800 -# and charged me $2.00 per page to fax today. I explained to them that it should be a dollar to fax. They did not listen to the customer. Me, no longer a customer. And customer service was never that great anyway. read more

I had the BEST experience at Pro Copy! The owner and staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had gone to the UPS store to have save the dates printed for my wedding and realized quickly that I was in way over my head. I was referred to Pro Copy by a friend and so I stopped in to see if they could help me. They suggested a beautiful paper with a gold sheen for my save the dates and cut them all beautifully. They made changes to the PDF document I had with ease. I am extremely grateful to Pro Copy for their fantastic service and wonderful product. The website is in need of improvement because I submitted a request for a quote and never received one, but otherwise my experience with Pro Copy was excellent. I needed a 24" x 36" print for a scientific presentation. I wanted something cheap, and I didn't require color ink or any particular high quality paper. Just regular printing paper was fine. Kinkos and a whole bunch of other places were charging $60+, even just for a simple black and white print. Walmart could do it for $10 but it would require over a week before it was ready. Pro copy did it for $2 and it was done instantly. There was about a 2 minute wait for it to print. That was all. Pro copy also has a 25% discount for USF students which was great, though I really didn't need it but got it anyway. They didn't even ask for a student ID. The service in store was excellent. No pushing and pressure for some fancy printing, and no wait. This is the best printing service I have ever had anywhere. I will certainly use them again if I need something printed. read more
