The staff are always helpful. Never too busy to shop and do office things can't do at home! Happy they're there!

Miserable staff, sharp and edgy. They have a convaluted self printing system , where they want you to put payment information in before you even know what pricing is and or how it works. I ordered online and did curbside pick up. I made it to the location just fine, but couldn't figure out where to park for curbside. I picked a random spot near the door and parked. I went in my email and hit the button to notify them I was there. I popped the trunk open and they were out in a couple of minutes. The employee verified my name (keeping a good distance). He placed the things in my trunk and we had minimal contact. I would definitely do curbside again but I really wish there was designated parking to eliminate confusion. read more

I would rather drive down to Port of Tampa and let Portuguese sailors beat me with hoses and coat hangers than shop here for anything besides school supplies. I've worked at a big-box computer/software/retail store, and this place is pretty similar. Nobody knows anything about the tech they're selling, and for the $10/hour these people make, why would they even try? They're super-corporate in the worst way possible and a complete waste of time to ask any questions. Let's face it - the way they're going to find out if your HP 6860 takes HP12 Toner or HP18 Toner is the same way you will; you'll look it up on your phone. So save everyone the time it takes to ask stupid questions ("which scrapbooking software is better," an old lady asked an almost-certainly-high 19-year old sales guy, who I'm SURE knows all about the scrapbooking software) and just shop for this stuff online. They DO have a good selection of back-to-school stuff though, including those stupidly hard-to-find journal notepads for little kids. read more

After reading some of the reviews, I came in expecting to end up ordering the items I wanted online rather than having to deal with the associates. But to my surprise, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful - they even helped me carry my purchase to my car. read more

The store has been significantly reorganized since I last was there. Shelves were well stocked, product selection was intermixed with store brands in most areas. Checkout was friendly and without problem. Not sure what else for comment on, other than it is annoying how many stores are making you walk through a long path to get to the cashiers just to force you through the display of 100's of impulse buy items they are hoping to hoist on you (I don't go to Office Depot for candy bars). read more

I walked in to purchase a laptop this morning. I wasn't greeted by anyone and stood by the laptops waiting for one of the many employees to come help. One employee looked up at me but kept stocking. I waited a few minutes more but nobody seemed to want to offer any service to me. I left and I will be purchasing my laptop from Best Buy. read more

As usual, wait till the last minute to grab all of the kids school supplies, which this year, seem way over the top. If the teachers are looking to piss off parents with the ridiculous amount of "needed" supplies, they have succeeded, but I digress. This has always been my go to place for office/school supplies, but it had been a little while since I last visited. They've totally renovated it, and to boot, they had a ton of associates on hand to help out and who were actually walking around asking people what they needed and if they could help, something that in the past was unheard of. The store has recently been remodeled and it's very impressive! Great layout, clean and modern. Limited selection of laptops and 2 in 1s which was very disappointing. I've purchased my last 3 laptops (over several years) at Office Depot because they always had the best prices and a great selection so I was really shocked to see such a limited selection. A staff member was trying to assist a customer with a laptop and he had questions about warranty. The salesperson was clueless. He had to call someone else on his headset and was relaying word for word the customer's questions then the answers. Hopefully they train their staff fully prior to the upcoming busy holiday season. read more

I shop online for my company and have had the pleasure and meeting and befriending Robert Love. I couldn't honestly say we have had "challenges" with my monthly order, but I can honestly say he always makes it right and my company comes out ahead. Especially in this day and age, I have not come across any other customer service representative who comes close to providing the personal, efficient response to any question or request that Robert has exhibited. Don't try to send FedEx from here if you have an account. Tried to send some Fed Ex express packages. I had a FedEx Online label for them to scan. They were unable to do it. I asked for FedEx Express labels so I could hand write them. They did not have any because they can't do accounts. They normally fill out the info on the computer. So I gave her the info then she asked if I would do it myself. Fine. I filled it out and finished and waited 10 min until she came back to me. I told her there wasn't a place for me to put my account...she explained that they don't do any accounts, they only take cash. Very confused why she bothered letting me fill everything out when I had told her I had an account. read more

Amazing customer service! As a business owner of a small store I value my limited time when shopping. I came in to the store looking for a binder with dividers. Something, as simple as a binder introduced me to the amazing customer service received from Robert Love the business mgr. He took the time to show me all the binders and they didn't have the color I needed. So, Robert told me not to worry that he would find it for me. To my surprise the NEXT day he called and he had it. When I asked him how did he get it so soon he told me he drove to the Pasco store and picked it up for me! Now, that is incredible service. Robert you have a new loyal customer that will always come to you first. The staff are always so helpful! Nate, in particular, really stood out to me on my last visit. I came in specifically for a mileage log but was also browsing. Nate greeted me promptly and offered his assistance if I were to need it, which I expressed gratitude for and said I was there to browse but would need to locate a mileage log. He directed me to the other side of the store so I would know where they were when I made it over there. On my way to the checkout, I made a point of thanking him. I ended up leaving my phone at the register and was searching for it in my car when he came running out, my phone in hand. I've not had such a good experience at Office Depot in...I don't know that I ever have honestly. Thanks!! read more

After my night mare, I called and spoke to Cory, a dept manager. I must say he immediately stated he would fix the issue, but the next day when I went to see him, he not only fix the issue he compensated. I then realized that this store went above and beyond to make it right for me. I definitely will shop at Office Depot again. So, just because one bad apple was there did not make them all bad. this store is a joke they don't know how to treat people I went in to look at a laptop ask one of the workers about one I was looking for he directed me to a another person that told me he did not know anything about laptops and that a person would be right here to help 30 min later im still standing their I finly go up front to see if someone can help but they are to busy talking to each other to help so I ask for the corporate phone number now they want to help and they will not give me the number I ask for so I half to call another store to get the number 3 days later I get a call from the same store its the srore manager he tell me that he is very sorry and that he wants to send me a gift card to comeback I said ok that would be nice it has been a week and a half sence then and no gift card call the store back and was treated rudely and given no awansers do your self a favor don't go to this store they need to close their doors read more
