You do not know how many times I make the same mistake of buying furniture to save money and end up paying the price. ALMOST EVERYTHING CHEAP ENDS UP BEING EXPENSIVE!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Jesus Rivera, the owner, is a scammer taking advantage of people who trusts him. These people will promise anything just to make money. But when it comes time to deliver, they make incredible excuses and end up blaming the customer. They don't even take the time to register with BBB.org to avoid complaints. And to be honest, the products they offer come from different warehouses in Miami where the boxes arrive broken, dirty, humid, and rotten. In the store or on Offerup the pictures look awesome, but when you see them and assemble them, they are no big deal, and the quality is cheap. Better save your money and go to Rooms to Go. This is a scammer who moved from Puerto Rico to try to make a living, but they are thieves. This person has a huge house and cars, and even his son who probably just turned, driving an expensive car pretending to be businesspeople, but what they are is a bunch of crooks!!! I spent more than 6 years with hand-me-down furniture decided to spend my money that I sweated so much and trust this guy. And for trusting this is how they pay me! Don't fall into the trap like me please! They go to Miami with a cargo truck that doesn't even fit everything they bring, they throw it all inside and it doesn't fit, and they deliver it just like that, playing dumb knowing that the boxes are in bad condition, and it is obvious that the products are in bad condition too. They told me that they deliver and assemble the furniture when I made the payment, but they came to my house at 9pm to release part of the purchase in a crazy way, and as it was late, they came to me with the lie that they do not assemble because of COVID and did not want to expose themselves. When I open the boxes, the products are very damaged and then it is a problem for this company to replace the products. They always say they are busy and if you want the money back, they tell you they don't offer refunds. then they play dumb and tell you that they are only third-party vendors, the warranty is offered by the manufacturer, and they are so shameless that they blame the customer. And when I contact the manufacturer, they only give warranty to the seller and not the customers. In May 2020, I made a large purchase of over $5,000 from them. They sell products saying we have a 2 year warranty and it's a lie! Everything came damaged or defective from the factory. Broken dining table set and damaged chairs from the warehouse in Miami. Just by looking at the boxes you could see the damage. I called the owner immediately after I opened the boxes and he told me that since he did not assemble things and only left the boxes, he would not replace any damage. After multiple calls almost begging, he did replace the dining room set, but I had to wait 2 weeks. And as if to console me, he leaves me the 2 damaged chairs with the 2 new ones, and the new ones were not even the same color. My son's bed set is laminated pressboard, which gives it the color. When I bought it, the owner indicated that it was real wood painted. I left it that way since the same thing, he dropped off the boxes and left and I really wasn't in the mood to argue. I tell myself that at least he will give me a comfortable and good mattress according to him. After 3 days he arrived with the mattress, and it was a piece of crap. I gave it back to him right then and there, he realized that I knew it was a piece of crap and gave me $100 back out of pity, but to get the $100 back I almost had to cry telling him that I had already spent over $5,000 in his store! The Coaster room set was defective from the factory, the owner came to bring other things he owed me, he looked over it and tried to fix it, but he couldn't and left. At that very moment he told me not to worry and that he would solve it, but he never solved anything. The furniture is a sectional, but they don't fit on the base and are loose. Every time you sit down, they move from side to side. The recliner on the sectional is electric and part of it is out of square. It is now out of square and sideways. Yesterday 2/1/2021 I claim to the owner the supposed 2 year warranty before it expired, he came to me with the story that I had to keep a code that comes with the furniture so I can claim the warranty and that without it they are not going to help me. He never told me ANYTHING about the said code that I had to keep. Customer service specifically states that they do not give warranty to the customer, that it is only given strictly to the seller as they do not have a store.
