I'm so confused on why even have a storefront. I ended up going to Teez By Design and was so impressed from the moment I walked in with their customer service. The shirts not only came out perfect the fabric was so soft. I ordered 6 shirts and they were done on the day that I needed them to be. I highly recommend this store and I received so many compliments at my sons football game. I will be back

I can understand…read moreif something happened with a shipment or order, but they have not once called me to communicate what's going on, or what the status is. I have had to call and ask twice now and I just keep getting told "we'll call you". I was promised that "worst case scenario" I would have the shirts by last Friday. Yet, I have still not heard from them. I had to go purchase additional shirts (without the school logo) which I communicated to the owner. No offer of a discount or anything. Just another empty promise.

Paul the owner was the person who took my order, very quick, efficient and the work was done in a few days. I was able to pick the size, font, color and where I wanted it. Paul showed me what it would look like and made sure I was happy with it. I payed cash however they accept major cc's. Plenty of parking in the front and the establishment has different samples of other types of embroidery designs they offer for companies. I highly suggest trying them out and you won't be disappointed.
