I am only giving this company two stars for twos reasons: they were quick to process my refund and one of the employees, Estella, was extremely helpful. Literally every other part of the process was horrible. After receiving two vouchers for "free" vacations, I proceeded to fill out the forms and send in the tax deposit. Three weeks later the forms were still not in their possession so I had to have the forms emailed to me, re-fill them out and email them back. Afterwards, I was contacted by a representative to book my trip. I missed the call and the representative never called back after two weeks so I called the number myself. I was hung up on repeatedly by representative. After I finally got ahold of someone, I was told that I would need to pay an additional $163 dollars for my selected vacation in Miami. I thought this defeated the point of a "free" vacation but understood that taxes at a nice hotel for two nights could reasonably be this price. I paid it and was all set to go on my trip. Once I received the confirmation, I saw that the hotel booked for me was a cheap hotel outside the airport and not hotel I thought I was getting which was on the beach. When I googled the airport hotel, the cost of the stay booked directly from their website for the same dates was cheaper than the "additional taxes" I was asked to pay by Grand Incentives. When I called to try to see why this was I was hung up on by approximately 20 representatives before I was able to speak with someone who told me I was "accidentally" charged the $50 dollar booking fee. After all this chaos, I decided to cancel my trip and get every single dime of my money back. My advice: If you are offered anything by this company, just say no. And shame on Wyndam Hotels for partnering with such a horrible company! read more

Be aware - this seems like a scam. I attended a timeshare presentation in Oceanside, CA with Wyndham and a company called Gran Incentives. They promised a 4-night, 5-day stay certificate with several destination options in the U.S. and Mexico, valid for one year. They even showed photos of nice resorts to make it look appealing. Fast forward 10 months later... I'm told the destination I chose isn't available for any of my requested dates. Now they want me to pick a completely different location and new dates... and I only have about 2 months left before the certificate expires. On top of that, the "available" options that they maybe will give me are basic hotels like Days Inn, Super 8, Microtel, and Ramada... nothing like what they originally showed. They also expect you to pay taxes, and if you want anything closer to what was advertised, you have to pay extra. So at this point, I'm not even sure if they will actually give me anything, or if they'll keep saying "those dates aren't available" until it expires. Complete bait-and-switch. Also, be prepared: they do NOT let you leave those presentations easily. It took me about 5 hours and multiple refusals before they finally let me go without buying anything. Complete Scam. Attended a timeshare with Wyndham/Worldmark and received my travel voucher with Grand Incentives. They will give you every excuse not to honor your voucher. To start, the form you have to fill is sent to a bad address so your form ends up getting returned. Then they mention that selecting wrong dates will void your reward but they dont specify those dates. I never was able to get my stay from Grand Incentives. Avoid at all costs. The address is invalid. Managed to get their phone number and customer service said they changed their address and the mail should have been forwarded. They told me to fill in the form again and send my suggested dates. Dates need to be 28 days apart and not within 5 days of a holiday. If you chose invalid dates three times, you have to re-do the form and mail it in again. So I chose 3 dates but I wasn't offering dates on "valid dates" e.g. I chose one date within 5 days of presidents day. It's very frustrating. I regret doing the time share pitch. I want nothing to do with this company and will never stay at a Wyndham. read more

I had to call multiple times because they kept giving me dates that weren't even available -- it took three attempts just to get a booking. SCAMMERS! We were offered a "free" 5 day 4 night hotel stay for sitting in on a 2 hour timeshare presentation through Wyndham. After several times of declining all offers we finally got the certificate for the free hotel stay through Grand Incentives. When I went through the steps of booking through Grand Incentives I had to send in a $50 deposit and it got kicked back twice before I could even book the hotel. Finally when you give them dates you want to book for they tell you that you won't get confirmation until two weeks prior. Luckily we got confirmation about a month before( the only upside to all of this) but then I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a 3 star hotel for a fee so i was thinking the hotel was going to be pretty decent. The 3 star thing went past my mind. The time comes for our trip and we get to the hotel, Ramada by Wyndham. It was the most run down hotel I've ever stayed at. They gave us the cheapest, most basic and dirtiest room they had. I've stayed at nicer Motel 6's compared to this one and for the price I paid I absolutely got scammed. After changing through several rooms they finally gave us one of their "nicest" rooms in their tower. If this was a 3 star hotel and an upgrade, I can only imagine where they would've put us if we didn't pay for the upgrade. Do not fall for these time share incentive scams. When I called Grand Incentives to ask which hotels they used in San Diego. She could not tell me. First I had to pay $25 for taxes. Then when it came close to the 3 dates, which needed to be 20 days between, they would let us know what hotel. If we cancelled because we did not like the hotel, we would need to pay an additional $25 for cancelation. If it was close to our stay date, we may need to pay 1 nights lodging. SCAM do NOT take any of their offers or free stays in hotels. Their application system is very complicated, and restricted to extremely specific rules. Nothing is done online and it's all through the mail. They want you to have to work really hard to get it, so you'll give up. Their rule system is setup where if you make ONE mistake, they are allowed to VOID everything they promised you. You wasted your time, money, and sanity so they could take advantage of you. They are here to take your money and nothing else. I tried to apply to their Tropical Adventure trip for 4 nights of free lodging, I went to their stupid seminar, and talked with their people, I went through the multi-month long process of sending in their stupid forms by mail, and requesting my lodging dates within the rules they set, just so they could send me a VAGUE letter that says I didn't do one requirement in their Procedures correctly.
