All time failure from them. Left me, mrs, and 2 kids at 445 am today. Had no way to fix. Driver just didn't show up or answer phone. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Made for quite the morning getting to airport. They failed in all categories. Operator had no idea what to do. I don't think the phrase "problem solvers" is in their vocabulary. 1. Picking us up and on time. Failed on both 2. Got us to airport on time. Failed due to not getting step 1 completed. 3. Got us there safely. Failed. Refer to 1 & 2. Even got the confirmation email, so how could you trust this? What are you supposed to do? How can you trust someone to pick you up for an early morning flight? Left us out to dry. We used ALD Limo to take us from our house in Lakewood Ranch to Tampa Airport. We typically take an Uber but Uber's are hard to get nowadays and rather expensive, so we went with ALD Limo instead. It was a GREAT experience. Jorge was our driver and he was wonderful. He arrived 15-min early, was very professional, drove safely, and demonstrated appropriate COVID-precautions. For cost breakdown, a small car on Uber from our house to TPA is typically ~$120-130. A huge SUV (Yukon Denali XL) from ALD Limo was ~$138 + $30 tip. While it is slightly more expensive, it's TOTALLY worth it for a larger vehicle, professional driver, and confidence in knowing they'll be there on time. We will definitely use ALD Limo again. read more

They picked us up from the airport and took us to our rental; we felt safe in the drive there. The driver was kind and was on time. When it was time to go home, the driver was there on the dot at 9 AM to take us back to the airport. This driver was also kind and a safe driver. I would use ALD Limo's services again if I am ever in the Florida area. I no longer use Uber for airport runs...the pricing is close and they do so much more.... a confirmation call the night before, a person meeting you at baggage and yes... help with your baggage. I was arriving at midnight and my brother booked me the service. The driver said his cc didn't go through and I would have to pay for it and a credit would be issued if billed twice. That was Sept 6, 2022. It is now Nov 18, 2022 and he still has not received a credit. I have twice and they assured me the credit has been processed but I would have to wait 2 weeks for it to go through. It did not go through in Oct, I called the second time. They processed it then (what happened the first time?) and I waited 2 weeks. He still did not see the credit. They then told me the merchant said the credit went through and we have to research it with our merchant (cc). They weren't even going to give us the credit the first time until I called. They would have let both charges go through. Not good business practices. I will never use them again. read more

Used ALD limo for first time and will never use any other driving service again when going from Bradenton to Tampa airport. They are EXCELLENT!! Nice class of people. Driver (AJ) was prompt, well dressed and courteous. Felt very safe with him. Very personable and professional. My first call was to Lyft the nite before I was due to leave Bradenton. I downloaded Lyft app and gave my credit info and phn. #. I looked up closest Lyft driver in Bradenton online and requested an estimate. I was immediately informed a driver would be at my home in 4 mins!!!!! I wasn't going anywhere that night. I immediately called the number that flashed on the screen and his name was Luis. I told him to cancel and then either pretended not to speak English with his heavy accent or maybe he really didn't speak English. Not someone I want as a driver if I can't communicate with him. Then he called again to confirm I cancelled but next a.m. a charge of $59.60 was on my credit card. I immediately called Joel at a Lyft contact # (he was WONDERFUL) and he removed the charges as that driver never took me anywhere. Joel from Lyft was so helpful. Where do I begin. I was looking for a reputable car service and found ALD limo. I ordered my ride 4 days before my departing flight. I was staying outside the city - 45 min away. I specifically ordered the car service to arrive so i would have enough time at the airport, not running or rushing. The day and time arrives, no car. 40 minutes passed and started to panic, because I wouldn't make my flight. I had to call last minute cab to fly not drive to the airport. I got to the airport and if I arrived 5-10 min later, I would have missed my flight. I ran the entire way...even through security. Not a great feeling. This never happened to me before. Great seeing all these 5 STAR stories, but I do not buy that. I will not use this car service. Customer service assured me how sorry they were and offered to pay my cab. Huh. Well, empty promises. They never did. I am very disappointed and wanted to write how this company handled their "so called 5 Star service." Very disappointing to say the least. read more

We had a horrible experience with ALD Limo in July (2018). My wife was flying in with our 1-year old daughter into Tampa and needed transportation to Sarasota. I requested a quote and specified that we need to meet in luggage area and car has to have an installed car seat. The day of the flight I called to confirm that the car will have an installed car seat and was assured that it will. She arrived and was met, but the car seat wasn't installed. The guy said he has no idea how to do it. So, with a one year old in her arms my wife had to install the car seat. Only to discover that it was broken - the harness wouldn't adjust, making the whole thing useless. I called the company and described the issue. They said they'll look into in and get back to me. They never did. Meanwhile, the driver went to Walmart and got another car seat (the only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1) which my wife had to install. Overall, 2+ hours on the 90+ degree heat with a 1-year old right after 3+ hour flight. Not the math you want to do. Avoid ALD Limo at all costs, plenty of other companies in the area. read more

This was a complete screw up! I emailed to reserve a car to pick us up at SRQ at 5:55 PM on April 2nd. They called the day before to confirm and all seemed good. At 5:48 on the 2nd as we were getting off the plane, I received a message from ALD's office that the cab would be 15 minutes late. At 6:15 I called ALD to find out where the hell my cab was and was told it was still 12 minutes away!!! Finally, at 6:27 the cab arrived. Over half an hour late, making us a half hour late for a dinner engagement. So why did I bother making a reservation? Why were they a half hour late showing up? Why did they only advise me that they would be late about 5 minutes before they were supposed to be there? And most importantly Why would anybody in their right mind trust ALD to be reliable even though their mission statement makes a commitment that they are "reliable"? I've used them many times in the past five years or so without incident. But I can NEVER trust them again. read more
