Made for quite the morning getting to airport. They failed in all categories. Operator had no idea what to do. I don't think the phrase "problem solvers" is in their vocabulary. 1. Picking us up and on time. Failed on both 2. Got us to airport on time. Failed due to not getting step 1 completed. 3. Got us there safely. Failed. Refer to 1 & 2. Even got the confirmation email, so how could you trust this? What are you supposed to do? How can you trust someone to pick you up for an early morning flight? Left us out to dry. This is the worst car service provider we have ever used and their customer service was even worse. The should I just shut down. Untrustworthy and breach of contract. Is it possible to give 0 stars?

We picked up the car on 1/24/2022 and delivered it on 1/26/2022 and emailed them the invoice on 1/28/2022 and still haven't got paid and it's 2/18/2022 now. They never answered our phone calls and emails. Today when we checked their MC and DOT record it shows that they have panding insurance cancellation which means they are unable to pay their carriers. This is a proof that they are either scammers or not professional because they collected money from their customers and haven't paid the carriers who transported the vehicles for their customers. We, carriers support the main costs, for fuel, for driver's wages, for equipment maintenance etc. We hope that customers and carriers will read this review and will never deal with Gold Star Transport anymore.

It was two of us with 4 large pieces of luggage. They arrived on time , put our luggage in the car, assisted us getting in, provided water and got us to the airport safely, quickly and without incident. The $75.00 charge was very reasonable to ride in comfort, not worry about parking at the airport and/or the fees for parking. The online booking is easy to use and they reply quickly and on short notice. Big Mike and team are outstanding and reliable. We contacted them the day before we came back in the country and they replied even though the online booking said they were booked through 12/18/2025 and they were on standby at 11:45 pm at night to pick us up. When our flight didn't arrive- they followed up with us to get our new flight information. I cannot express our gratitude and satisfaction with WHITE GLOVE CAR SERVICE. We will use them again .

Escalade was clean and he even had bottled waters for us which worked out great after the concert when we were all tired, hot, and thirsty.
