Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. We attend job fairs and events quite often, and wanted to do something fun to make us stand out a bit more. I researched a few embroidery places, but I ended up going with Direct because of their quick response time and their promptness in answering all of my questions. I went back and forth via email for a bit with Christina, and then physically went into the shop to look and feel the shirts in person.
