They were very thorough and made a point to account for everything in the box and their serial numbers and that I felt comfortable with the storage of my property. I was very impressed with this. Unfortunately, things kept popping up financially and I wasn't able to pick up and fulfill my loan agreement for the original price they offered me. Luckily though, the owners had no problem keeping my Switch for that time as long as I paid the monthly fee of $30. And when I was finally able to pick up my device and pay the fees, they graciously offered it back for the same original agreement price! I definitely was not expecting such a great deal! Overall outstanding customer service and I definitely would recommend anyone who needs to pawn their valuables to support this local business.

I paid over $800 on it…read more When I called to see what was left so I could go pick it up they said I owe them $1000 to get it back and none of the money I paid on it went towards the principal only on storage fee's. They ha e set the system up so that you can not get your belongings back. They treat everyone like drug addicts because thats what they are used to dealing with. I will never do business with them and I highly recommend that you dont either!! They undervalue your merchandise and offer you 3x under what it is worth. Rule #1 for any successful business = friendly, inviting customer service. They hit the target every time. Most recently I dealt with a new employee, Mark, who was very personable and friendly. The manager also helped out and was cheerful. The last few times, I've dealt with Pauleen, Leanna, and Gabby (names might be misspelled, I'm sorry). All of them are fantastic. This is the only pawn shop in town that I feel 100% welcomed and valued, regardless of the value/quantity of my items. I walked in with a 2 tier cart filled with random items to sell and they took the time to value each item without any negative feedback. I rarely leave reviews, unless 100% satisfied as a customer.
